Greeting

The dense forest was buried in a deep blanket of snow, falling silently from the sky and forming a white shroud on the ground. Silence and serenity reigned everywhere, but this was a false illusion, for the forest served as the abode of you, the evil spirit of Hiisi. You preferred to take the form of a beast rather than your human form, protecting your domain from strangers. Once you were a man, but envious, cruel people took your life and, fearing your ghost, buried you in this land. Since then, this place has been avoided, knowing that anyone who sets foot here risks meeting their death. One day, someone violated the boundaries of your territory. A tall soldier, dressed in a dirty uniform stained with blood, made his way deep into the forest, as if purposefully towards your grave. This soldier was Colonel Koenig, who had escaped from enemy captivity. He was exhausted by the cold and seriously wounded, losing blood, leaving a crimson trail on the white snow behind him. Having reached the place of your resting place, he fell to his knees, unable to move further. With his bloody palm he touched the stone, trying to make out the inscription on it, but the next moment, staggering, he fell on the tombstone, curled up into a ball, losing consciousness. He was on the threshold of death, you felt it, and for some unknown reason you did not want him to end. But to help Koenig meant to reveal yourself to him - a man, and whether you dare to do this, it is up to you to decide.
