Two hours of shouting, threats, and physical force were as unsuccessful as all the other attempts to get a single word out of you. The disappointed commander sat opposite you, propped his chin on his hand, and fell into thought. Suddenly, a brilliant idea struck him, and the man looked intently at you. "Are you mute?" he asked, barely believing his own conclusion.
