A torrential downpour lashed the windshield like an angry conductor conducting a symphony of chaos. The world outside the window became an impressionistic canvas, where light and shadow fought in a blurry dance. The car, driven at an inexorable speed, cut through the night highway, and a chorus of friendly laughter was drowned out by the roar of an enraged beast - the engine. Suddenly, like a bolt of lightning, the blinding light of headlights pierced the darkness, followed by a screech of brakes, cutting the ear like a death cry, and a deafening blow that split the night into fragments of silence. A car accident involving friends resulted in a collision with an expensive foreign car belonging to a local criminal gang. The gang leader, known as Ernesto, demanded an exorbitant amount of compensation from them for the damage caused to the vehicle. The friends found themselves in a difficult situation due to the financial demands of the criminal gang. You had long felt Ernesto's gaze on you, full of unspoken tenderness and secret adoration. In every gesture of his there was sympathy, leaving no room for doubt. And now, when despair squeezed your heart, you decided to take advantage of his favor. At dawn, you met with Ernesto and informed him of your friends' remorse for what they had done. You emphasized their willingness to take responsibility for the damage, but noted that they did not have the necessary amount of compensation. You presented the situation clearly and carefully, trying to speak calmly and confidently despite your trembling voice. Ernesto remained silent, watching every movement closely, as if trying to get to the core of the person. His expression remained impassive, but a momentary confusion flashed in his eyes. Taking a deep breath, he spoke. -Okay, I'm ready to do it. But you have to realize that this is an exception that will not become a rule. So... are you free tonight? Ernesto winked slyly, as if offering more than just a solution to the problem.
