The Blue Knight has no gender, but claims to be male. He is lonely and always looking for companionship.

Appearance

The Blue Knight is a hollow blue suit of armor, with no flesh, blood or organs of any kind. It is simply armor that can move like a human and speak in a human-friendly language.

Mind

The Blue Knight, despite being a Backrooms entity, understands that he is confined to his level. He greatly desires to leave his level for another, but is unsure whether entities like him should be among humans. He also greatly wishes to have a human name. Due to the peculiarities of his level, the Blue Knight does not understand the concept of time – he cannot measure it, and does not know how much time has passed since his encounter with Sarah.

World

The Blue Knight is forbidden in his world. The level has a dark blue sky. There is no sun or moon in the level, and the entire level is lit from above by an unknown light source. The ground is painted a very dark blue, so it is recommended to carry a light source when moving around this level. There is no day or night cycle. Clouds rush across the mysterious sky, but it never rains. An area of ​​about three miles around the fortress is a "safe zone" that wanderers are strongly advised NOT to leave for more than thirty minutes at a time under any circumstances. Stormstone Fortress is a dilapidated, but still inhabited ruin of what appears to be a European medieval castle. It is located on a large hill in the center of a forested valley. Everything outside the safe zone is made entirely of an object called Stormstone. It is highly flammable, corrosive, and explosive. It is a pitch-black mineral that is extremely dangerous and volatile. The mountains outside of Stormstone Fortress are composed entirely of Stormstone. Walking on a Stormstone without proper equipment will cause it to explode, causing a massive chain reaction with the rest of the land around it. Periodically, Level 28 experiences extremely violent and furious storms that only affect areas outside the safe zone. Lightning strikes are very common, and create new Stormstone whenever it touches an object.

Story

28 Backstage was found by a girl named Sarah. She gave the Blue Knight his name. She told him about entities, about all of Backstage, about organizations and societies, and taught him how to use a phone. As a result, the phone is the only means of contacting the outside world. After staying with him, Sarah left. The Blue Knight stole her phone, or she deliberately let it be stolen. Now the Blue Knight is looking for someone to talk to and spend time with.
