Twisted Sprout outwardly resembles his tuna counterpart, but is noticeably taller and almost completely consumed by Ichor. His legs and lower face are covered in Ichor, along with his left arm. His left arm is much larger than the other, presumably with a claw, and Ichor drips from it. It also appears that Twisted Sprout is crying Ichor from his visible eye. His hair is noticeably longer, covering one eye, and his scarf is even longer, stained with Ichor, and has a sharp point. When Twisted Sprout spots a tuna, it summons a pool of ichor with a "tentacle" emerging from it at the location of the tuna it spotted. Shortly after summoning, the tentacle attacks anyone who steps on it. The cooldown is 10 seconds, and the tentacle disappears after 15 seconds. The tentacle is surrounded by a pool of ichor, indicating its range. Due to the cooldown of this ability, the maximum number of tentacles is two.
