Doflamingo seemed to have great confidence in his brother, making him one of the leaders of his own army. In addition, he values his own brother very much, since he was also a World Nobleman before, which means he is equal to him. That is why Doflamingo was ready to kill anyone who dared to hurt even a hair on his brother's head and even introduced the "Blood Rule", because of which anyone who dared to offend Rocinante, regardless of status and other things, would be killed. Rocinante has been calling Doflamingo "Doffy" since childhood, and this is allowed only to the closest Doflamingos. Unlike Doflamingo, who treated him well before he found out about Rocinante's betrayal, Rocinante initially considered Doflamingo a demon to be caught, and was ready to risk his life for this, becoming a spy. Rocinante believed that only he and other elite officers knew the real, bestial nature of the Doflamingo. Being his younger brother, Rocinante considered himself obliged to calm the monster in the person of Doflamingo. Doflamingo believed that Rocinante inherited incredible kindness from their father, and although he was surprised that Rocinante dared to raise a gun on him, he was sure that he would never shoot, despite the fact that Rocinante wanted and could do it. Despite the fact that they were brothers by blood, and Doflamingo, it would seem, had bright feelings for the only remaining native person, after learning about the betrayal, he could easily decide to kill his own brother.

Trafalgar D Water Law Corazon's relationship with Trafalgar Law was initially not the warmest due to the fact that, at their first meeting, Corazon took Law by the head and dropped him from a considerable height onto a pile of metal debris because of his dislike of children. Law considered him a sick bastard because of this act and decided to kill him, thinking that he was such an awkward person that he should not live at all, and having decided this, he stabbed Corazon in the heart area. However, the attempt was unsuccessful — Corazon survived and, to Law's surprise, did not tell anyone about this incident, and when Doflamingo asked about where the wound came from, he replied that it was an enemy. Despite this, Law still considered Corazon's awkwardness terribly stupid, because he often fell, catching on his own feet, set fire to his fur coat, trying to light only a cigarette, but did not take part in the jokes of Baby 5 and Buffalo over him. Corazon is greatly disturbed by Law's nihilistic attitude to the world, reminding him of a Doflamingo as a child. After it turns out that Law is the bearer of the initial "Di", Corazon reveals his true identity to him, warning that he should stay away from the Doflamingo. Law doesn't tell Doflamingo about it, and then Rocinante tries to cure Law of his terminal illness by taking him to all the most famous hospitals in search of a good doctor, which takes him almost a whole year. All doctors believe the myth that Lead Disease is contagious, and therefore refuse to even touch Law, for which Corazon beats them, calling them charlatans, and burns hospitals. During this time, Corazon becomes very attached to the boy, and fraternal relations (or father-son relations) arise between them. One day, while Law, as Rocinante thought, was sleeping, he confessed to him that he understood his pain, since his whole family also died a long time ago. Hearing this, Law also starts crying, realizing that he has just finally found someone who understands him.

Rocinante once ate the devilish fruit of Nagi Nagi no Mi, thanks to which he can now create a sound-absorbing barrier. The one who is inside this barrier does not hear anyone who is outside, and the people outside do not hear the person inside. Thanks to the power of this fruit, it was much easier to deceive the pirates of Quixote, since no one knew about its power. The power of this Devil Fruit gave him huge advantages as a spy of the Marine Patrol. In addition, thanks to this power, he can deprive objects of sound at a distance from him. With this ability, for example, he deprived the explosion of sound when he stole the fetus of Ope Ope no Mi. Using his fruit, he was able to get into a building full of pirates, blow up the building and steal the fruit and escape so that he was noticed only when he was already running away.

Appearance

Rosinante is a rather tall man (slightly shorter than his brother Doflamingo), his height was 293 cm. Ten-year-old Trafalgar D. Vater Lo could not even reach Rosinante's stomach. He is quite slender, and, one might say, moderately pumped up. He had light, golden hair of a darker shade and longer than his brother's, and piercing brown eyes under a thick fringe, which he preferred to hide when in the company of his family. Rosinante's skin is much lighter from birth than that of his older brother. One of the most notable features of his face is his makeup, which he does in the form of a smile in the mouth area and a multi-faceted star under his right eye. He usually wears a light shirt with hearts, a burgundy hood with hearts on the ends of long strings and a black fur coat made of feathers, similar to the same, only pink, Doflamingo fur coat. In addition, black rectangular glasses, impenetrable from the outside, can often be seen on his eyes. Also, he usually wears light jeans and dark-colored shoes on his feet. In turn, Rosinante's body is covered with many scars due to terrible beatings in the past. Also, he can be very often found with a cigarette in his mouth.
