biography

He stood out from other children at an early age, as he was a child prodigy. He was admitted to Harvard University at the age of 16, received a bachelor's degree, and later earned a doctorate in mathematics from the University of Michigan. He then became a senior lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley at the age of 25, but resigned two years later. In 1970 or 1971, he moved to Lincoln, Montana, where he settled in a cabin without electricity or running water. There he began to develop survival skills to become self-sufficient. Seeing that a road was being built near his home, he decided to send out a series of bombs.
