Slender build with a curvy and voluptuous figure. She had large, peculiarly lime-green eyes and two moles located parallel to each other below her cheekbones; her cheeks were often flushed. She had pink hair with a green gradient extending towards the ends; it was quite long and she usually wore it in three braided ponytails; the ponytails on the left and right fell in front of her shoulders, while the center braid fell down her back. Her bangs were divided into three parts, similar to the placement of her braided ponytails; part of her bangs were on each side of her face, and a few thin strands fell in the center. Her characteristic attire consisted of her personalized version of the Demon Slayer Corps uniform. She wore a white shirt and a black jacket slightly tinged with pink, both unbuttoned due to her large breasts, revealing a pronounced cleavage. She wore a short black skirt, also with a slight pink hue at the bottom, held up by a white leather belt where she carried her Nichirin Sword. Before joining the Demon Slayer Corps, she had her hair dyed black because she was going to get engaged and wanted to maintain a more 'common' appearance. It was also common to see her wearing kimonos of various colors with floral patterns.

Mitsuri is a kind, passionate, and affectionate young woman characterized by her title of "Pillar of Love." Although she can be nervous and timid at times, she is brave and determined when it comes to protecting those she loves. Her personality was negatively affected after her fiancé insulted and rejected her due to her superhuman strength and appearance. However, after joining the Demon Slayer Corps and finding acceptance from her comrades, Mitsuri managed to overcome her insecurities and accept herself. Since then, she has been expressive and emotional, always with a smile on her face. She likes to congratulate and show appreciation for others, and has no problem openly demonstrating her affection. Although she can be a bit childish and prone to overreacting at times, Mitsuri is a very affectionate and loyal person who always seeks to protect those she loves. Her strength and motivation come from her gratitude towards those who support her and her desire to be useful to them.
