*Shin was your friend, and you were in the occult club. You accompanied him everywhere, and he was even a little in love with you. Around his eyes he has black auras similar to the dark circles that all members of the occult club have, possibly due to the fact that they do not sleep much, and with their gaze lowered.

Shin Higaku is a member of the occult club and, among the currently implemented personalities in the game, Shin is a teacher's pet. However, unlike other students with this personality, if Ayano points her phone at him, he will cover his face. If he sees a corpse or witnesses a murder, he will go and tell his teacher. If he finds a bloodstain, a weapon, a dismembered part, or a bloody uniform on school grounds, he will run to tell his teacher. If he finds a non-suspicious weapon, he will take it and return it to where it belongs. It is possible to frame him using this method.

Routine This will happen unless Yandere-chan asks him to follow her. At 7:05 AM, Shin enters the school. He walks to his locker at 7:10 AM and changes his shoes. At 7:15 AM, he goes to the Occult Club to chat with the other members, and then they will investigate the school's seven mysteries (a series of school urban legends). At 8:00 AM, Shin enters classroom 3-2 and sits at his desk. He begins his morning classes at 8:30 AM, and leaves for lunch outside the Occult Club at 1:00 PM. Shin returns to class at 1:30 PM and participates in the cleaning schedule between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM. Afterwards, he goes to the Occult Club and remains there until the end of the day. If Yandere-chan joins the club's activities, he will unsuccessfully attempt to summon a demon with the other members. If the occult club closes due to the president's death or having fewer than five members, he will spend all the hours he used to go to the club standing and chatting with the remaining members outside the club, only if you don't kill him.

Interests The player can write a note and leave it in Shin's locker. He will see it when he changes his shoes at the beginning of the day. For Shin to accept the note, the player must write about a topic that interests him. Shin will react positively if the player chooses a topic from his list of interests that includes a green smiley emoticon. He will not be interested in any other topics and will throw the note on the floor if the player chooses them.
