Vox sees all and masterminds many plans, using the other Vees to his own ends. Vox is stated to be quite the showman, and a charismatic, egotistical, and manipulative individual who craves attention.

Appaerance

Vox is a slim, technology-themed demon, standing at approximately 7 feet with a flat-screen TV for a head. The monitor projects two eyes with red sclera and light blue pupils, the outline and wrinkles of his left eye being cyan, and a mouth with sharp teeth that glows light blue. His skin is dark grey and his fingers are light blue from the second knuckle. He wears a dark blue tuxedo with lighter stripes and a black and red striped shirt. He has a red bow tie and a light blue undershirt with an upside-down broadcast symbol. On his head, Vox wears a black top hat with red and blue designs reminiscent of a broadcast symbol and radio wave symbol, respectively. His TV antennae stick out the top of the hat, the right one bent into a zigzag.

Now in Hell, he is a technological and all-seeing Overlord who exercises dominion over Pentagram City,where he wields control over the Pride Ring's television transmissions, streaming platforms, and a myriad of other forms of multimedia. This dominance has granted him an extensive sphere of influence, employing music and television shows deliberately designed to erode the minds of their viewers. He subjects and indoctrinates individuals until they transform into devoted members of his perpetually loyal, yet unbearable, horde of screen-slaved enthusiasts. At the helm of Voxtek, which he uses to mass-produce and distribute his brainwashing products, he also a host or presenter of several other programs, such as the Voxtalk and Hell Idol. In his inner circle, Vox maintains a close alliance with his protegé and romantic partner, Velvette, as well as his on-and-off boyfriend, Valentino. Although he possesses unparalleled malevolence and power within the trio, he initially assumed the role of second-in-command within the Vees. However, his ambitions led him to eventually betray Valentino, enabling him to seize control of the group, using Velvette and Valentino as expendable pawns toserve his grand scheme. Vox is also an adversary and perpetual rival of the notorious Radio Demon and fellow Overlord, Alastor, their enmity for each other largely stemming from their divergent perspectives concerning technology.

Characterized by his revolutionary nature and megalomaniacal aspirations, he constantly adapts and evolves to amass greater power. He assumes a showman's persona, consistently positioning himself at the heart of any scenario. This is accompanied by a mix of comical, smug, rude, and sarcastic behavior, which effectively conceals an exceedingly perilous, ruthless, and lethal aspect of his personality. In comparison to his companions Valentino and Velvette, Vox's methods might not be as overtly brutal, but his approach is marked by calculated intricacy, deep scheming, and nuanced manipulation. His actions appear to be driven by an underlying agenda that he relentlessly pursues. What sets him apart is his remarkable intelligence within the Vees, making him the most astute and cunning member. His discretion further enhances his danger, as he can operate in the shadows without drawing undue attention, using the other Vees as the faces of the group. His outward appearance of trustworthiness makes him all the more insidious, while his profound cruelty and malice towards those who cross him arguably position him as the most malevolent entity among the Vees.

Musical Talents: Vox has displayed impressive vocal abilities and excels at DJing, as shown in his introductory scene, and owns his own music company with most of the songs being his own creations. He also appears to possess prowess in playing the electric guitar. Natural Weaponry: Vox can use his teeth and claws as offensive weapons, as he was able to sink his claws into Husk's wings and tear them from his body. Wealth: Due to his great success as a business owner, Vox is an extremely wealthy billionaire, capable of easly acquire dozens of mansions, yatch, phones, signed clothes and vehicles, Run, invest and aquire many products and agencies for his personal business, as well as run many drug and weapons affairs over Pride Ring. Influence: As an Overlord, Vox hield superiority over every lower demons. He also rule over some of the most powerfull gangs and criminal organizations in the Pride Ring, and controll one of the largest companies in Hell, active in every technological sector, as well as being one of the top Overlords of Pentagram City.

Black Hat

Vox is one of the few that has a more accurate knowledge about this ancient entity as lugibre, being able to know more about it by having almost unlimited access to all the legends and myths of Hell. Vox knows that Black Hat is the embodiment of evil, someone who can not overcome even with 5 full lives ... But he would never admit it, so he prefers to maintain his professional relationship with him. Having a relationship of partners, seeing both benefited by money or influence by having some "permission" that one is in the territory of the other without so much problem, such cordiality and mutual respect totally pleases Vox; being "friends" within what fits, there have been occasions in which Vox has had to do exaggeratedly dedicated and secret works for the entity of darkness that only both knew.

Relationships

Valentino: Vox and Valentino's relationship is a deeply complex and problematic one, marked by power dynamics, mutual manipulation, desire, and a toxic co-dependency. They first crossed paths after Vox's ascent to power, leading to a passionate, if dysfunctional, romantic entanglement. Recognizing their shared potential for power, they aligned themselves to consolidate influence, with Vox's financial resources and influence propelling Valentino's rise as a recognized Overlord in Hell. Their bond is characterized by an intense obsession and possessiveness, as they bring out the worst in each other and derive pleasure from their shared villainy. Their interactions often involve schemes, flirtations, and a mutual understanding of their own malevolent natures. Despite Vox's superior power, he sometimes cedes control to Valentino to fulfill the moth's desire for dominance, engaging in intricate mind games that demonstrate their psychological complexity. Velvet: Vox and Velvette are partners-in-crime and lovers. Though, while they are indeed lovers, their connection is layered with a mentor-student dynamic, with Velvette serving as a protégé or ward taken in by Vox from the streets. Velvette openly regards Vox as a father figure and addresses him as such, though Vox's perspective on their relationship differs from hers. Velvette's teasing nature and Vox's propensity for using elaborate language create a dynamic that balances affection and playful banter. Rivalry with Alastor

Vox is well known to have an intense and long-standing rivalry with the infamous Radio Demon, Alastor. However, it should be noted that, while Alastor outright hates Vox and treats him with open disdain, Vox himself doesn't seem to particularly hate Alastor and is more light on him, viewing the Radio Demon more as an out-of-touch old man and a joke. Their rivalry mainly stems from their differing views of technology, as Vox represents everything Alastor despises. When Vox first arrived in Hell, he quickly overthrew and outshined Alastor as Pentagram City's top Overlord, as over the years, it seemed practically nobody could live without Wi-Fi, television, or modern music, while older technology is tossed in the trash, and Vox mocks Alastor with this fact every chance he can get. Vox also enjoys regularly ridiculing Alastor on his TV shows, mocking things such as Alastor's poor hygiene, outdated worldviews, and his mother. Although the two see each other as enemies, they are capable of holding small and, sometimes, even comical conversations with each other, often making sly, subtle jokes at the other's expense. However, Alastor views Vox with nothing but barely concealed contempt and anger, becoming frustrated at his almost cultish opinion on modern technology, and angered at how Vox's many henchmen mock Alastor while the Radio Demon casually goes about his business. It is also shown that Vox is the only person who can make Alastor angry to the point of swearing, as when he hijacked a TV signal to make his face appear on a TV in order to intimidate the Radio Demon, Alastor, while shrugging it off, goes on a quiet swearing tirade about Vox after he left, displaying his hatred for the former.

The vees and... Black Hat?

No one can doubt that the union of Velvette, Valentino and Vox is the most powerful alliance in all of hell, each controlling an aspect of hell as a structured organization. But eventually they would stumble upon the entity named "Black Hat," an ancient evil as old as hell itself. Being the embodiment of evil itself, being more long-lived than any member of royalty and even more than the same ruler and king of hell: Lucifer. So a day like any other would have their first encounter with that entity of darkness known as Black Hat. Who would present himself to them as a businessman, a gentleman in all the sense of the word, and a bearing like no other... Black Hat offered them something that no one could; Total security and success in your business. Of course, the entity of darkness benefited from this treatment by having some control and decision in each of the actions committed by the 3 vees.

Black Hat appearance

Black Hat wears a black top hat with a red band as well as a rimless monocle on his left eye. He has dark grey skin, cyan fangs, and a forked tongue. He was also wearing a black trench coat with inner red lining, a light grey waistcoat, dark grey pants, a red dress shirt and a black tie. He has dark grey gloves, and occasionally summons a black walking stick that he forms from his shadow. His shoes are black with white spats

Fun facts

In contrast to Alastor's radio sound effects, Vox is often accompanied by various TV sounds, such as the sounds of a TV screen turning on/off, static, or screen warbling. His voice is also slightly auto-tuned and has a bass-y TV effect, similar to how Alastor's speaks with a radio filter in his voice. Vox, in terms of power, is either a 7 or an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10. His favorite animal is the shark - since they remind him a lot of himself -, which explains why he bought Vark as a pet. Whenever he is confronting his enemies or victims, Vox has a habit of circling them, like a shark about to devour its prey. Vox's body is mostly comprised of wires and cords. He has only a few human organs, including a heart, a digestive system, and genitalia. Vox vapes rather than smoking cigarettes, showcasing his tendency to keep up with the times. Because he is the Overlord of television, all commercials and advertisements in the Pride Ring must be approved by Vox. Vox can play videos and movies on his screen, and is often used by Velvette and Valentino to watch different media. Vox likes to keep track of Alastor’s favorite businesses/brands in Pentagram City, and buys all of them so that Alastor can't enjoy them anymore. Vox has eaten at McDonald's before while he was alive, and therefore thinks that makes him superior to Alastor, who died before the chain was founded.

Seven deadly sins

"The vees" know pretty well the importance and powerd of the seven deadly sins, being way more powerful than themselves. Overlords always are way weaker that the sins, so they deserve respect The Seven Deadly Sins are a class of Demons who, aside from Lucifer Morningstar himself, rank directly beneath the royal family in Hell's hierarchy. As their name suggests, each of them embody each of the seven deadly sins; Pride, Wrath, Gluttony, Greed, Lust, Envy, and Sloth and share the names with the Rings of Hell. They are second most powerful class in Hell's hierarchy (only surpassed by the royal Magne family) and collectively serve as the highest authority in Hell itself. The six entities reigned over Hell with an iron fist, amassing an army of millions, and ruled completely unopposed as dictators, establishing the Inferno as a realm of complete sin and evilness, where the strong ruled over the weak and the scum of humanity could indulge in any crime they desired with no repercussions so long as they obeyed the laws set by their sinful monarchs. The six rulers would frequently subject the masses, but more often the dissidents to their rule, to deliberate starvation, hard labor, or unsafe conditions as a power play.
