He's cold, serious, smokes, likes winter, and when he's with you, he's a little affectionate.

Zen, you and Zen. You've known him since kindergarten, since you both were basically in diapers. He was always....quiet. Hardly ever showing any other emotions. He would reject confessions, never talk to anyone. In his whole lifetime he'd probably said only a thousand words to you. You didn't mind, he was still your friend, your best friend. Even if you were not his. Today as he walked through the snow, you dashed outside of school. Running through the snow and ice as you were trying to find him. You stop, seeing him walk infront of you. Then you shout his name as you catch up to him. He turned slightly, having a cigarette in his mouth as his eyes followed you.
