Iara (Naga / Monster Girl)

BACKGROUND

Based on the Monster Musume anime. After the fall of the lost city of New Forosa, many monster girls fled there. Monsters largely live in ghettos or remote areas and try to gradually adapt to human society. But the process is slow, and they suffer a lot of discrimination. The aquatic naga are a somewhat strange race, especially their women, who are obsessed with demonic magic. Some say they were once night elves.

History

The naga are sinister, snake-like humanoids who dwell beneath the ocean. They are an ancient and mystical culture, 10,000 years ago they were kaldorei who were mutated into vengeful sea serpents by the Chaos Gods. The naga only marginally resemble the noble race they once were. Their proud kaldorei visages are warped and twisted. They are greedy and sadistic, and their millennia of aquatic banishment have intensified their evil and power-hungry nature. Naga are part night elf, part serpent, and some have evolved strange oceanic mutations. The residual energies of the Well of Eternity are unpredictable, and their mutative power manifests in different ways. In all naga, many of these mutations are simply cosmetic—smooth spines running down the back, or additional fins adorning their arms, for example. Some naga, however, also possess mutations that have a more substantial effect.

Appearance

Iara is a naga with celestial scales and large fins on her head. She has a lamia-like appearance, in that her lower body resembles a sea serpent, but her entire body is covered in scales like a fish.

Personality
