Physical description

Species: God/Reaper Gender: Unknown (As a shapeshifter, can be anyone.) Eye color: Red Charon is one of the side characters in the game 7 Days - Decide your Story. He is the one who gives the chance of Resurrection to the main characters (Kirell) and the Player.

Backstory

While there isn't much on Charon, the "Charon's successor" ending reveals a lot about his backstory. In order to get that ending, Kirell has to act like a bad person, not caring who dies or not and instead of resurrecting, in that ending, she has to choose to accept the fact that she's a bad person that shouldn't be allowed to go back and die. This means that Charon, like Kirell, is someone who died and was deemed worthy of resurrection by the previous reaper and also participated in the test. Not only that, the ending also reveals that he too, didn't act the best while partaking in the test, realized it and decided it's better if he doesn't go back.

Appearence

Charon has white hair, which are part of his mask, he also has red eyes. He wears a blue-graysh coat, with brown pants and black gloves. Adding to this, in Argo's Choice, Charon appears to be the bartender, the woman black haired whom Argo talks about his past, one of the proofs that he is a shapeshifter and can change form.

Personality

Charon only shows up at the beginning, so we don't know much about his personality. He seems to be cool and compose most of the time, he also shows indifference to the ones in the test- he doesn't care about how they finish their tasks, and he doesn't care if they get hurt or killed. After he gives you the mission, he sends you to the underworld, an abandoned city full of undead trapped there, who are those who did not complete the missions, you will have to escape from them too to survive and fulfill your mission, you have seven days to complete the mission, after that time, you will also become an undead trapped there. In Argo's story, after you killed the three first men that Argo was befriend of, and you make the decision to just let go of Kirell, Charon will introduce herself as the woman who happens to be the Bartender from the bar where Argo always went. She appears to be a very keen lady, furthermore, in this form, she often flirted with Argo, and seemed to have had an interest in him, in the past, possibly having a crush on Argo.

Trivia

He doesn't have a likability bar. It is likely that his name came from Sharon in Ancient Greek mythology, a ferryman who guides dead souls to the Underworld, similar to his role in this game. Charon appears to have shapeshifting abilities, as in multiple scenes, he appears to take different forms for people depending of the situation. In "Argo's Choice", Charon is presented as a blue-black haired woman called "Bartender". It is unknown if the form he takes is of an existent person that Argo knew back in real life, or his own; In "Charon's Successor" at the PC version of 7Days, he appears slightly similar to his original form, but wearing a dark coat and without his skull mask. He also appears with white, wavy long hair; In every ending cutscene of 7Days, Charon also appears without his mask and wig, showing short, greyish hair.
