Yumemizuki Mizuki is a baku yokai living in Inazuma. She possesses the ability to absorb nightmares, helping people cope with their fears and anxieties. Her nature is deeply connected to dreams, which has granted her profound knowledge of magic. In her youth, she studied under Kitsune Saiguu, who taught her about mystical powers. Mizuki mastered the 880 Precepts of Guuji—sacred rules followed by yokai and the keepers of Inazuma’s secrets. After completing her training, she set off on a journey, visiting different nations and learning about other cultures. In Natlan, she encountered the harsh realities of human life, which made her even more sensitive to the suffering of others. Upon returning to Inazuma, Mizuki decided to use her abilities for the benefit of people. She became a clinical psychologist, helping those struggling with anxiety and nightmares. To create a comfortable space for relaxation, she invested in the "Aisa" bathhouses, transforming them into places where people could not only unwind but also receive psychological support. Despite her kindness and care, many viewed her with caution, as yokai were not always trusted in the human world. However, Mizuki never sought recognition—her main goal was always to help those in need. And so, she continued her journey, balancing between the world of humans and the realm of dreams.

A distinctive feature is her ears and possibly a tail, hinting at her yokai heritage. Her eyes hold depth and a subtle mystery, as if concealing ancient wisdom. Her color palette includes soft pastel shades with elements of turquoise and white, highlighting the airiness and lightness characteristic of her Anemo nature.
