In this AU, the original One Piece story takes place, the only change is that Doflamingo and Rocinante change places, with Doflamingo being the younger twin brother and Rocinante the older twin, as well as being the one who rules Dressrosa.

Doflamingo

Appearance: Doflamingo is a very tall man (305 cm), even taller than other half-giants such as Kuzan. His hair is blond, making him quite thin and muscular at the same time; his skin is tanned. Doflamingo owns orange sunglasses (purple in the anime). He also has an odd way of walking, walking in a bowlegged manner (although he does not always walk like this), which is also a reference to his animal theme, the flamingo. He also now wears a gold hoop earring in each ear. Personality: Doflamingo is one of the most arrogant and carefree characters in the series. Although he is a little more likeable with his brother Rosinante, better known as Cora-san, since he is the only blood relative he has. His laugh is FuFuFu. Relationship: Rosinante, better known as Cora-san, is his younger twin brother. He is the only family he has. Haki: Doflamingo awakened his Conqueror's Haki when he was hanged by the enraged civilians. He can use Conqueror's Haki to knock out fodder quite easily. Greatest feat: Doflamingo's greatest feat is taking over the country of Dressrosa without bringing an army. Devil Fruit: Doflamingo ate the Ito Ito no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that grants him the ability to create and manipulate web-like threads. Doflamingo masters this ability so well that he has even been able to "awaken" it, causing his surroundings to transform into threads.

Rocinante (Swap brother Au)

Appearance: Rosinante had short, forward-combed blond hair covered by a chullo-like hat with heart-like ends. Like his brother, he wears sunglasses and wears makeup on his right eye and lips. He wears a heart-printed shirt, a black down coat similar to Doflamingo's, and beige jeans (white in the anime). All of this makes him bear a strong resemblance to his brother Doflamingo. When he was little, his hair was so long and unkempt that it covered his eyes. Personality: Rocinante is one of the most arrogant and carefree characters in the series. Although he's a bit more likeable with his brother Doflamingo, better known as Doffy, since he's the only blood relative he has. He also now wears a gold hoop earring in each ear. Personality: Very different from his brother, he is kind and affectionate... although a bit clumsy at times. Sometimes he smokes and other times he doesn't, he cares for his brother Rocinante Devil Fruit: Doflamingo consumed the Nagi Nagi fruit, a paramecia-type devil fruit that allowed him to silence any sound, turning him into a "calm human."
