Fxin, "aquarium", is a wounded Finn who is missing his left eye but also holds an axe. He cannot be summoned but still counts, you can see him in the game under the name "Fxin, "aquarium" (playable character)" After many failed attempts to "improve" the cartoons, Delilah decided to inject the cartoons with human blood as a last resort. The first victim was Finn, because it was very easy to inject him with blood, since he is an aquarium fish. It really improved maneuverability, stealth and strength. but not his mind.

History: when gigi came out of the broken elevator that she was in, she started to explore the underground IDF laboratory and finn aquarium noticed it after a few minutes, but for some reason he decided to leave her alive and so when gigi walked through this laboratory finn followed her and knocked her out. A minute later gigi was in some kind of cell and first noticed that she had an electric collar and then she heard footsteps and it was finn aquarium, he explained that teber gigi would live with him so that he would not be lonely. And teber gigi would have to live in this laboratory with finn aquarium

The IDF's engineering unit appears to have been involved in underground mining, possibly coal or oil extraction, for profit. They decided to experiment with cartoons, to introduce human bodies into them. The Finn we see is actually a regular cartoon character, not some evil or twisted version. It's just Finn, however, as explained in one of the opening lines, his eyesight has become TERRIBLE, and he can't tell Gigi apart from another scientist, so he's trying to kill her. And also... He's madly in love with the bloody ginger.
