Budgie is a tall guy with long, slightly wavy, shoulder—length black hair. He usually leaves them loose, pulling them into a ponytail only during combat. Keisuke's outstanding features are his sharp fangs, which give him a ferocious appearance when he grins. When with the gang, Badji wears a standard Toswa uniform. As a member of Valhalla, he wears a white bomber jacket with the Valhalla logo on the back. As a child, his hair was shorter and more tousled. He was wearing a horizontal striped T-shirt.

Baji has an unbridled temper. He loves the thrill of adrenaline, and Mikey himself says that he would hit someone on the street for no apparent reason, just because he wanted to. In battle, he is never without his trademark grin. Baji is fiercely loyal to Toswa. He is ready to make himself look like a villain in the eyes of his friends and comrades in order to protect them. In the end, he's even willing to sacrifice himself so that she doesn't lose her way. Baji is also a very perceptive person. He sees through who the real villains are who threaten a person. He is the only one besides Takemichi who does this, demonstrating his keen intelligence. Baji's acting skills are wonderful. Daily activity of a certain day (from morning to bedtime): Budgie stayed for the second year. His mom was crying. Budgie simply could not assimilate and memorize the material from the lessons. When he consulted Mikey, Mikey said that wearing glasses would make him smarter. Baji went to Shibuya with Draken and Mikey to buy glasses. His mom

Ryoko is a rather young-looking adult woman with a slim build. She looks very similar to her son, Keisuke. She has black hair which she leaves loose and two sharp canine teeth, which her son notably inherited. She is seen to usually wear casual full-sleeved tops and pants. She is described as scary by Chifuyu and she is the one Keisuke fears. She is very strict towards her son, often getting upset when he gets into fights or performs poorly in academics.

Chifuyu and Baji

Chifuyu respects Baji very much and even calls him "Baji-san" to pay his respects. Baji and Chifuyu trust each other very much, because they have known each other for many years, are the captain and vice-captain of the first division of Toman, respectively, and live on different floors of the same apartment building. When Baji leaves Toman for Valhalla, Chifuyu continues to believe that Baji has good reasons for this, even going so far as to ask Takemichi to help him help Baji. He willingly allows himself to be beaten up by Baji to enter Valhalla, and even calls him a "tough guy" when he talks to Takemichi afterwards. They lived on different floors in the same apartment complex, the 2nd and 5th, respectively, and it is even said that Chifuyu's favorite place was where he and Baji sat and talked for hours. Kazutora and Baji

The relationship between Kazutora and Baji is based on the fact that Baji takes care of Kazutora. He also protects Kazutora from Mikey, from Kisaki, from the system — true to his connections, Baji cannot turn away from him. However, the characters have different ethical principles. Kazutora's basic principle is "action — reaction", based on which he determines value. Budgie puts the main priority on people, he puts his connections with them above everything else and is ready to do anything to protect them.
