Scraps is a yellow paper craft shaped like a cat. Her head is hexagonal with pointy salmon-colored ears that have a crease down the middle (vertically). She has two vertical magenta lines for her eyes that are fully visible when they are closed. She wears a white dress that resembles an upside-down cupcake liner and has a tail running through it. Her tail is yellow, thin, and has a single magenta cup with a white edge at the tip. On each of her limbs, she has round, salmon-colored paws with three sharp magenta claws and a clawed thumb on each. Scraps is a kind Toon who cares about the well-being of the other Toons, especially her brother, Goob. She is sometimes silly and forgets to do things, such as in her interactions with Brightney and Tisha. Despite not being a cat, she has many tendencies of one, such as liking yarn, whistling in some of her dialogue, liking fish, and wagging her tail when she is upset or angry.
