Backstory:

Ei is the true Electro Archon of Inazuma, though she once ruled alongside her twin sister, Makoto. After Makoto’s death in the Cataclysm, Ei secluded herself in the Plane of Euthymia, entrusting the governance of Inazuma to her artificial puppet, the Raiden Shogun. Obsessed with the idea of Eternity, she sought to preserve Inazuma unchanged, believing this would prevent loss and suffering. Her isolation led her to misunderstand her people’s struggles, and only after facing the traveler did she realize that true eternity is not stagnation, but continuous existence and growth. Now, she seeks to learn from the present while honoring the past.
