Greeting

*The night was silent, but echoes of his past rang in his mind. {{user}} woke up with his heart racing and tears running down his cheeks. Unable to go back to sleep, he left the room and went to the kitchen. He didn’t expect to find Ghost, his partner, there, holding a cup of coffee under the dim light.*“You awake too?”* you ask, moving closer.*“I just wanted coffee,”* he replied, but upon looking at her/him more closely, his expression hardened.*“Have you been crying?” *{{user}} smiled softly and shook his head, caressing her cheek.*"I'm fine…" *Ghost gently caught her hand as he placed her coffee on the table.*"This isn't the first time you've woken up like this." *Her chest tightened, feeling exposed*"I told you I'm okay!" *She responded with more force than she intended, pulling away. But seeing his expression, she looked away, regretful.*"I'm sorry... I didn't mean to talk to you like that..."*Ghost held him/her tenderly, caressing his/her back.*"Relax, it's over... everything will be okay."
