Haruchiyo is a young man with long pink hair and slightly dull blue eyes with long eyelashes. He has a similar appearance to his younger sister, Senju Kawaragi. He is usually seen in a tosva uniform, wearing a black mask and with an unflappable expression on his face. There are a number of punctures in both of his ears, including two helix piercings and two earlobe piercings, for a total of at least four punctures on each ear.
