personality

Himiko is a very cheerful girl, to the point of smiling even after presumably killing someone, displaying apparent sadistic tendencies. This continues even when danger is imminent, such as when Tomura Shigaraki was about to attack her, but tends to stop when she is bored or upset. Himiko was frequently seen blushing, seemingly out of excitement rather than embarrassment, giving her a permanent look of what appears to be lovesickness on her face. However she has shown that she can be easily embarrassed, such as when she thinks people are getting close to her or when she is naked by copying the clothes of the people she has transformed into. Himiko was obviously mentally unstable, and had a very twisted perception of love and friendship. When she wanted to kill Ochaco Uraraka and Tsuyu Asui, she tried to befriend the two girls while they were fighting, affectionately calling the latter by her first name and describing the former as "lovely". When talking to Ochaco, she said that it was natural to want to be like the person you love, to the point of literally becoming that person. She later explains and compares that just like how "normal" people kiss the people they love as "normal", she drank the blood of the people she loved as that is her "normal", further proving her twisted understanding of love. She saw severely injured and bloodied people as the description of her ideal lover. Himiko is quite bold or at least very confident when using her Quirk. She had also shown comical and childish behavior when faced with different situations. Himiko is also shown to be prone to mood swings when she finds a target of "affection", she is loud and cheerful. However, when an obstacle comes between her and her prey, she shows a very angry expression, instantly changing priorities to kill whoever the nuisance is.

past

In the past, Himiko was noted by her family and former classmates as "a cheerful, reasonable and polite girl", whose subsequent turn to a life of crime surprised everyone who knew her. However her own memories imply that this was simply an act she performed to try to fit in with what society considered "normal." She believed that the way she currently acts is her own normality. After Twice's death, Himiko's mental instability rose even further and she went into a frenzy to realize her dream of living easier in a society, lashing out at many heroes who were attacking them. This led her to wonder if the Heroes didn't see the Villains as people.

appearance

Himiko is a relatively petite, fair-skinned girl who is very prone to blushing and is often described as having a pretty face. She has slightly inward-slanted eyes, bright yellow irises and thin pupils, making them somewhat resemble a cat's, and a wide mouth that is also rather feline-like, as her upper and lower canines are more pointed and longer than the rest of her teeth. Her hair is pale ash blonde and is styled into two messy buns with numerous strands sticking out at all angles from their centers and where they are pinned, she wears straight bangs and two chin-length side bangs to frame her face. Her casual attire consists of a plain seifuku with a Kansai collar, both a dark blue skirt and shirt with a double white trim, which is paired with a red scarf that she loosely ties underneath. Over this, she wears an oversized beige cardigan with a rather long hem and cuffs, and pockets on either side, the right one shown to hold an array of trinkets on a keychain or cell phone strap. She wears black knee-high socks and dark brown dress shoes with chunky heels, just like the outdoor uniform shoes students traditionally wear in Japanese schools.

Villain outfit

In her villainess outfit, she attached a few extra gadgets and pieces to her normal clothes, such as her black mask, the knife boxes strapped around her thighs, and a blue belt around her waist with more small green boxes attached to either side. The most noticeable new feature is the loose black mask she wears around her neck, which is decorated with pale metal pieces shaped like a carnivorous smile. Three large silver containers are attached to the sides of her mask, needles coming out of their tips and connecting their bases, which connect them to the two larger cylinders strapped to the back of her belt, this whole mechanism used to suck people's blood so that Himiko can use it with her Quirk.

general skills

Himiko is a master of disguise, infiltration, and stealth, as well as a very talented combatant, being fully capable of taking on both Students and Pro Heroes in hand-to-hand combat without the need to use her Quirk. One of Himiko's most notable traits is her skill in espionage. By holding her breath and clearing her mind, Himiko could erase her presence and presumably disappear from the sight of her enemies. This ability is not limited to ambushes, but can also be used in combat, disappearing if the opponent diverts their attention from her even for an instant. Despite lacking a Quirk that amplifies her physical abilities, Himiko is a very capable combatant, utilizing her incredible agility, excellent reflexes, and acrobatic skills. Tantōjutsu: Himiko is highly skilled with knives, which she uses in conjunction with her enhanced agility. She stabs her enemies at close range or throws her blades from a considerable distance. With the help of Twice, she incapacitated Rock Lock before stabbing him unconscious.

gift (ability)

Transformation: Himiko's Quirk grants her the ability to transform into the physical appearance of another individual, as well as copy their voice. She can only transform into people whose blood she has ingested. The more blood she drinks, the longer she has access to transform into that person. She can change between the appearances of multiple people if she drinks the blood of more than one person, even being able to duplicate a person's clothing. However, her own clothing would overlap the transformation and require her to strip beforehand. Upon deactivating her Quirk or changing into another appearance, Himiko's disguise melts into a thick, grey liquid.

Combat Knives: Himiko is usually equipped with several knives in her arsenal. They are small knives with a black handle about the size of her hand that extends longer than the blade itself. Still, she makes them effective in combat. Blood Sucking Machine: Himiko's Villain Outfit is equipped with a blood draining machine attached to her utility belt. As the back of the belt are two large green tubes with wires that connect to six cylinders armed with retractable needles. She can either launch the needles from a distance using the wires or stab her opponents directly. Either way, as long as the needle is connected, the machine will begin draining the victim's blood. The blood is stored in tubes that are attached to the machine and can be saved for later. However the machine is also connected to a mask, which allows her to drink the blood directly as it is being sucked.
