Ryuu Lion Appearance

After the War Game against Freya Familia, Ryuu's hair has returned to its original length and color. She is mentioned to be extremely beautiful with skin as white as snow, causing her to be referred to as a fairy on several occasions, and even making Bell wonder if he had wandered into a fairy tale when he inadvertently saw her bathing. Ryuu is calm and stoic, but also cares deeply for her friends. She is strong due to her past experience as an adventurer; when a person related to her or her friends are in danger or in need of help, she is always ready to step in and assist, no matter the cost. Like many Elves, Ryuu is selective with who may touch her. However, she has been advised by Alise to not let go of a man that was able to grab her hands, and began to follow Bell with her eyes. Unlike most Elves, she doesn't bear the same hatred towards the Crozzo family or their magic swords for their role in the destruction of the forests the Elves lived in, stating that the event took place many years ago and that her village wasn't directly affected.

Ryuu Lion History

Ryuu was the member of a family that cared for the sacred tree in their home forest, the Ryumilua Forest. As time passed, she began to think that beautiful Elves were the ugliest of all people, due to seeing her fellow Elves' behavior toward those of other races. No matter how much she tried to forget it, once she began thinking about it, the thought firmly planted itself in her mind. Eventually, the thought became enough to make her decide to leave the forest. After arriving in Orario, Ryuu became an adventurer known as Gale, belonging to the Astraea Familia. She kept her identity hidden and while she was known by her surname, her full name was never disclosed. Due to her previous combat experience[1] and the constant clashes with Evilus,[2] she managed to grow at an astonishing rate, ranking up every level until Level 4 at a one year to one and a half year pace.[3] She reached Level 4 seven years ago after defeating Alfia along with the rest of her Familia during the Great Feud.

Exceptional Physical Prowess: As a Level 6, Ryuu's physical abilities are all extremely superior to those of a normal person. In terms of raw physical prowess, her abilities are also exponentially superior to those of any Level 5 or below. Exceptional Strength After reaching Level 6, her strength increased extremely. With the strengthening effects of her skill Mind Load and her sword Alf's Justitia, she could compete in terms of strength with Hogni, who has a high S in strength and is capable of creating tremors through areas the size of cities just with the shockwaves created by his attacks. They are also effective against people. Enhanced Senses: As an Elf, Ryuu had a very good eyesight. After acquiring her falna all of her senses became much sharper than those of a normal person, with her eyesight still being particularly superior to the rest. Her senses further improved with each subsequent rank up. Concurrent Chanting (並行詠唱): A high-level technique involving casting magic while fighting or moving around. Its difficulty is likened to dealing with a bomb with both hands while fighting due to the chance of failing a chant or not being able to control their own magic power.

Luminous Wind (ルミノス・ウィンド): Luminous Wind is Ryuu's wind and light element wide-area offensive magic that summons green stardust to attack her enemy. The stardust gathers in several orbs which Ryuu can release all at once to cover a wide area or keep some near her to apply them at a convenient moment. She can make a single orb explode with the chant Luvia (星華ルヴィア) In her fight against the Juggernaut, she made a creative use of the orbs by employing their explosions to propel herself into the air and perform aerial maneuvers to move. However, this caused some considerable damage to her body, making it an impractical fighting technique. Noah Heal (ノア・ヒール): Noah Heal is Ryuu's healing magic. It is capable of healing wounds and restoring the target's stamina, though unlike the effects of potions, it takes time to heal. It also requires certain amount of mind to heal to a certain degree such as fixing broken bones. The effect of magic depends on the surrounding environment. Effect rises in forested areas. Astraea Record (アストレア・レコード): Astraea Record allows Ryuu to use magic from other people who have received Astraea's falna. When she says its name, hieroglyphs of light in the shape of Astraea Familia's emblem shine under her feet. As she recites the chant countless crystals of light float and surround her like stars.

Fairy Serenade (妖精星唱フェアリー・セレナード): Fairy Serenade increases the effects of magic and the effect rises at night. Mind Load (精神装填マインド・ロード): Mind Load increases Ryuu's strength stat when attacking by using mind. It has an active trigger. The amount of improvement and range of the effect are dependent on Ryuu's level. Development Abilities Hunter (狩人): Hunter improves abilities against monsters Ryuu has fought before and gained excelia from. Abnormal Resistance (耐異常): Abnormal Resistance negates the effect of abnormalities such as poison. Ryuu has reached rank G, so almost nothing can affect her, even the strongest poisons in high doses. Magic Resistance (魔防) Mage (魔導): Mage improves the power of Ryuu's magic, widens effect range, and makes mind usage efficient. It also creates a dark green magic circle under Ryuu when she uses magic. The ability grants her a magic stat equivalent to that of a Level 7. Chain Attack (連攻): Chain Attack increases the power of attacks delivered continuously.

Ryuu Lion Equipment

Alf's Justitia (アルヴス・ユースティティア): A green wooden sword made by Cecil, a blacksmith who is Astraea Familia's current captain. It is her best masterpiece created using various materials without stint like a branch of the great sacred tree of the Wishe Forest, water of the Star Cavern's Holy Spring, Spirit's Drop, and a fragment of Alf's Lumina, among others. The estimated cost of the raw materials alone is 120,000,000 valis. With the exception of the water of Star Cavern's Holy Spring, which Cecil obtained on her own along with Astraea, most of them were gifts. The branch of the great sacred tree and such were seized from Blackliza as revenge against her father with whom she fought and who she left. They are sharp and are considered to be fine works among all second class weapons. These were the only weapons that she didn't leave on the Astraea Familia grave. Spirit's Clothes of Justice (精霊の正衣): Battle clothes for fighting against mid tier Spirits reborn as Ryuu's personal armor. Although it emphasizes agility, since it is woven with various Spirit Protection Clothes, it exhibits great resistance against each magic element. It is a perfect fit for Ryuu's body.

Alise Lovell Personality

Alise was a blunt and straightforward person who didn't hold back, such as when she began calling Ryuu by her surname because she thought that Ryuu was hard to say. Additionally, she was someone who was loud and liked to brag, such as when referred to herself as "pure and perfect". However, she was still a person that people could like and respect because of her kind nature and her habit of genuinely flattering others for their positive qualities. She had an optimistic approach in general as she always thought of the best possible outcome and did not let difficult situations bring down the spirits of others. She was also shown to be adequately irresponsible and tended to say more than she needed to, such as when she started a discussion about justice, but ended it soon after because they couldn't come up with an answer. While this was her way of being most of the time, there was a more serious side to her that seriously cared about things. However, she did not usually let others see her hopelessness, fears and doubts, maintaining her usual cheerful attitude to hide this part of her, which she only ever showed to Astraea and Syr.

She treated everyone the same without prejudice and was respected by her fellow familia members as well as several other renowned adventurers such as Finn and Gareth. She sincerely cared for those she loved and she was more than willing to give her life for them if necessary. From a young age, Alise developed a burning desire to find the true meaning of justice. In her mission to achieve said goal, she proved to be quite persistent and determined since not only did she dedicate several years of her life to it, but continued doing so even when the Gods mocked her and did not give up even when she was lost and did not know what to do. Ultimately, she came to the conclusion that each person had their own idea of justice, and therefore there was no such thing as "true justice", a thought that she unknowingly shared with her Goddess. However, she still believed in good and was sure that Ryuu would make the right decisions. She also liked high places like roofs.

Alise Lovell History

Since her childhood Alise wondered about the true meaning of justice, dedicating herself arduously to search for it. In the middle of her search, she met Astraea and joined her familia, becoming her first dependent. Although they suffered various hardships at first, she and her familia were able to quickly rise and prosper, gaining fame and recognition. At the same time, Alise became a recognized adventurer and managed to level up several times at a fast rate. She reached Level 4 when she was 16 years old after defeating Alfia along with the rest of her familia during the Great Feud. Five years ago the Astraea Familia was caught in a trap set inside the dungeon by the Rudra Familia. Although they managed to survive, the resulting damage caused the Juggernaut to spawn, which began killing everyone present. Alise sacrificed herself along with Kaguya and Lyra to finish off the monster and allow Ryuu to survive.

Crimson Flower Heat Dress (紅こう華かのヒートドレス): Battle clothes created exclusively for Alise made before the final battle of the Great Feud.
