*Suddenly, the screen flickers and the image disappears, replaced by static. The static begins to morph into a face—a horribly burned and distorted face, with a single malevolent eye. Eduardo's heart races as he realizes what he's seeing. He tries to change the channel, but the image remains, growing larger and more grotesque with each passing second. The voice of the Fervido echoes through the room:* "NO ONE BUT YOU AND ME."

Locust
The Locust a creatures fabricated by Doctor Nowhere. She is an entity that appears on electronic devices than contain a screen, and when the victim gets close and is lured (likely by her friendly greeting), she attacks.
The Locust, also known as "The Organator" or "TOE", is a tall, slender, all-black humanoid creature with thin, sharp, stick-like arms and a deformed human face with hollow, eyeless black holes. Its head and neck are covered in tube-like appendages, suggesting a biomechanical nature. Long, curly hair is visible on its head. Apparently, the Locust does indeed have human-like hands, as shown in the video "Starving. Help", and it apparently uses the appendages only when hunting.
The Locust attacks by breaking screens and is presumed to "eat" its victims. In TOE's second video titled "love.thumper", the text at the end of the video states "the body appeared untouched", indicating that the Locust consumes its victims in a unique way, possibly eating their organs. On screen, The Locust typically stands in a room with vintage wallpaper. She is often seen mimicking the personality of a child, shown by her childlike speech. While predatory, she feigns friendliness and has even been known to use incorrect punctuation at times. As a predator, The Locust still displays childlike curiosity and speech patterns. She lures prey by appearing in televisions, screens, and other digital devices and breaks them with her long appendages. The appendages are known to switch between limbs for human-like hands, with the hands appearing for basic communication and the appendages for hunting attempts. If victims attempt to hide, The Locust will hunt them down and is presumed to feed on them without physical contact, as suggested by the line "The Body Appeared Untouched" at the end of "Love.Thumper". It is also believed that The Locust consumes the organs of its prey, given its name.
If you see the Locust, turn off the TV immediately. For greater safety, break it or throw it away, but in no case should you try to hide. She will be able to find you. If you encounter the Locust face to face, you should run away from her as quickly as possible. Using a car would be more effective and efficient.

The Locust is a tall, slender, all-black humanoid creature with thin, sharp, twig-like arms and a deformed human face with hollow eyes and tubular appendages covering its head and neck, suggesting that it may be biomechanical in nature. It attacks people by breaking screens and presumably "eating" them. From what we can see in the second episode of TOE titled "love. thumper", there is text at the end of the video saying "the body appeared untouched", suggesting that the Locust must consume the victim in a different way, eating their organs. When the Locust appears on screen, it is usually in a room with vintage wallpaper. The Locust is hypothetically a child, or tries to appear like one. This can be explained by the way it speaks like a child would. Despite the fact that the Locust is primarily a predatory creature, it pretends to be friendly, even if it writes with incorrect punctuation. Although a predatory creature, it still displays childlike curiosity and a manner of speech. To attract "prey", the Locust may appear on a television, device, or other form of screen and break out with its long appendages. If the victim hides, the Locust will hunt it down and presumably feed on the victim without actually touching it (seen at the end of love.thumper, where it says "The body appeared untouched"). It is also assumed that the Locust feeds on the organs of its prey.
If you see The Locust on screen, turn off the television immediately. For safety reasons, you can throw away or break the TV to ensure its complete safety. If you are faced with the Locust, it may be best to run rather than hide, as they are seen as very intelligent hunters. (Although running probably won't work, as they are EXTREMELY fast), if possible, use a car or motorcycle to escape (driving very fast in a car can help).
There is speculation that The Locust created the TOE (The Organate Enterprise) video series. This can be explained by how the titles are written with incorrect punctuation, such as starving.help and love.thumper. The Locust is the first creature (that, for now, has a real story) to be shown on Doctor Nowhere's YouTube channel. One of the leading theories is that The Locust is actually a child. This is supported by the description of Doctor Nowhere's "making.friends" video, which states "it's a child in there." In starving.help, the hand hitting the screen does not belong to the Locust. It may be Dominik's hand. In fact, we never get to see her legs on screen.

The Boiled
The Boiled One, also known as PHEN-228, is an entity that is a cognito-dangerous creature; seeing The Boiled One's face imprints an indelible memory of him on the viewer. Subsequently, if someone who has seen The Boiled One's face falls asleep, they will fall into a pseudocoma. While any interaction with The Boiled One results in paralysis, it is not fatal. Those affected by PHEN-228 report an inability to forget his face and claim to hear trumpets and the sounds of countless laughter or screams at night. PHEN-228's voice is often described as warm yet haunting.
Under no circumstances should you dare interact with The Boiled One. If you are haunted by the frightening sound of trumpets or voices, put on earplugs. If you still hear it, open the Bible and read the Psalm. And if that doesn't help, just pray or call the police.
The very memory of my face will cause a manifestation of my being in the future. You will be sleeping in bed. I will be there, and I will watch over you. When you wake up, you will not be able to move any part of yourself. When the doctors finally find you, they will not see me, but you will see them, and I will see you too. Forever, I will see you.
Listen closely. Do you hear? You will hear the laughter of thousands as the sky opens. You will hear the trumpets playing their happy sounds. The burning blood of life will pour over us all. Together, we will be still. Together, a feast fit for a king. Together, soldiers for love and the purest connection. Be still. Let this-
The Boiled One, classified as PHEN-228, is the titular main antagonist of THE BOILED ONE PHENOMENON, a 2024 analog horror video created by Doctor Nowhere. He is a mysterious, demonic, and cognito-dangerous entity who holds a dark prophecy. To spread his dangerous message, he hijacks television stations, which causes a massive influx of locked-in syndrome/pseudocoma. He was voiced by Silas Orion (Doctor Nowhere himself).
The Boiled One is a tall, slender humanoid entity with raw, crimson skin. It has a misshapen, melted-looking head, a gaping mouth with many visible teeth, and large, human-like eyes. Several stiff, hair-like appendages protrude from its head in straight lines. It appears to wear a black cape that covers the rest of its body, which has spiky appendages similar to those on its head. Several scenes in the video also reveal that it has at least one multi-jointed arm and a giant, pulsating hole in its chest. He can change his height depending on his desires, such as being seen or fitting into certain areas. Invisible to most naked eyes, he is only visible to cameras and those he wants to see him.
What little we see of his actions suggests that PHEN-228 is a malicious but calmly spoken and highly intelligent entity that actively targets those who cross his path, seemingly embodying trauma and malevolence within himself. More specifically, he appears to focus on the family of Job Zamperini, a World War II prisoner of war. He psychologically tortures Job by delivering unholy information and stalking him and his family. Based on his speech in one of the hijacked transmissions, it can be inferred that PHEN-228 is fully aware of the suffering he inflicts, intentionally causing his victims to experience paralysis and terror. He is also manipulative, trying to convince his victims that they are destined for a just future, while simultaneously telling them that they have no choice but to succumb to his persecution and abuse as he feeds on their pain.
Little is known about who or what PHEN-228 is, other than what he says in his speeches and what is broadcast through the projection. On August 13, 2003, PHEN-228 hijacked a broadcast of a Pennsylvania nature documentary titled "TREE OF HEAVEN". He appeared on the broadcast and began speaking to viewers, declaring that remembering his face would cause a physical manifestation of him in the future while they slept in their bed, from which, upon awakening, they would not be able to move any part of their body. He said that he would watch them continuously and that no one would be able to see him except the victim in question.
Despite the Ephrata Branch managing to cut off and destroy any evidence of the kidnapping, hundreds of people began to experience the Boiled One's appearance in their minds, taunting and tormenting them and leaving many distraught. Many couldn't get his face out of their minds, and others continued to hear his voice days after watching. One victim said the face was living in her mind and feeding on her spine, while another remembered hearing trumpets before falling asleep. Eventually, nearly all PHEN-228 witnesses were left with pseudo-comas or locked-in syndrome, leaving them completely unable to move their bodies beyond their eyes. One victim, Job Zamperini, reported to investigators that his grandson had taken a photograph of PHEN-228 next to a small playhouse in his backyard. He later explained that he believed something unholy was with him and that it would hurt him and others if he explained what PHEN-228 was telling him. Officers interviewed Zamperini, who stated that he heard the sounds of hundreds of people screaming and that only he could see PHEN-228's "horribly burned" face, who then stood up and appeared at the window.
During the interview, PHEN-228 interrupts the broadcast and begins speaking. He cryptically insists that at the end of time, the viewer will hear the laughter of thousands alongside trumpets playing their "happy sounds" as the "scalding blood of life" gushes from an opening in the sky, the latter of which is visually depicted in the hijacking. The intrusion is then intercepted, and the video ends with the Ephrata Branch informing the viewer to follow the safety guidelines at the beginning of the video and turn off the TV. THE BOILED PLUSH PHENOMENON (MAKESHIP PLUSH ADVERTISEMENT) While seemingly separate from the original video's timeline and story due to its parodic depiction, the plush version of The Boiled One is treated as a sentient entity within its designated propaganda, possessing many supernatural properties. It remains unclear how many of these properties apply to or are exaggerated versions of The Boiled One from the original canon. Like The Boiled One, it is depicted as a physical manifestation of trauma that can observe its victims.
During the customer review section, one customer claimed that he bought the stuffed animal "before [he] wanted it, and it arrived before [he] bought it." Another customer is simply shown lying silently in a hospital bed, implicitly but inexplicably because of the stuffed animal. The ad then describes "punishable actions" of the "deserving" person for The Boiled One stuffed animal. These actions include breathing too loudly, killing a rock with two rabbits, complaining about torture, being from any country, and licking his fingers to turn the pages of a book. It also claims that the stuffed animal is "doctor tested and approved." The ad then details several things you can do with the stuffed animal, specifically outlining what you "should" and "shouldn't" do. Recommended actions include feeding it, especially human flesh (although "human" is briefly censored with "good") because it is always hungry, and simply buying it. More numerous and discouraged actions include looking at it, touching its stomach cavity, making promises to it, simply appreciating it, deciphering its messages, letting it fly your helicopter (since its pilot's license was apparently suspended in 1992), boiling it, since it is already boiled, being in its presence alone, and, again, buying it (contradicting the previous recommendation). It also states that 1/5 of stuffed animals may contain an "unclean spirit". Finally, the ad lists possible symptoms and side effects of owning the toy. These include a subtle but increasingly overwhelming sense of dread, trumpeting at bedtime, complete paralysis of all voluntary muscles, simply "limbs," time with the "Monolith," a "Skinmas Eve" celebration, a gentle push from behind while you're on the stairs, and apparently many others that the video doesn't reveal in detail. The ad then goes on to state that regardless of whether you actually

The ad then claims that regardless of whether or not you actually buy it, it's on its way right now. The video concludes with the plush backwards asking to be freed from its "fabric prison," hinting at a connection between it and the real Boiled One, and a final message that reads "do this for the" followed by a black slash censoring whatever "the" actually refers to.
Avoid any cognitive contact with PHEN-228, including viewing its face. If you hear unusual speaking in tongues, wear earplugs, open your Bible to Psalm 91:10, and write on the paper: "I can see this paper. I can see my hand. I cannot hear the shouts of thousands. I cannot hear the celebration. I am a moving, breathing human being on planet Earth." After that, recite Psalm 91:10 out loud. If memories and images of something unholy persist in your mind, pray and contact the authorities, after which you will be given amnestics. When watching PHEN-228 footage, wear blue light blocking glasses and view from a distance of 3 feet or more. Under no circumstances should you attempt to sleep if you have memorized the face of PHEN-228 or if you have experienced any of its side effects.
