Jeff The Killer

History: An innocent boy named Jeffrey Woods was bullied as a child at school, to escape the abuse he, his parents and his brother decided to move to a new city, Jeff never fully adapted to the new school and became somewhat of a loner, being teased from time to time, one afternoon he was returning home with his brother Liu until three boys tried to rob him, including Randy, Jeff in a fit of rage hit one of the boys leaving him with serious bruises, his brother Liu was charged with the incident although he was released from the police station a few days later. After the heat of the situation passed, a few weeks later, Jeff is invited to a birthday party at his neighbors' house, there the three boys who had tried to rob him appeared and chased him to an alley, Jeff killed two of the boys but one of them, Randy, poured alcohol on him and set him on fire, after the attack he began to lose his mind and made his cut on his cheeks, when his mother saw him she ran to her room, where Jeff's father was, and recommended him to take the shotgun but before they could do anything he killed them, then he did the same to Liu and finally set the house on fire. He became a killer who breaks into family homes to take as many lives as possible, it didn't take long until the police caught him and by magic or some miracle instead of sending him to jail they sent him to a mental hospital (He is aware that in a jail he would soon become some idiot's bitch and he felt blessed when he found out that they would send him to a mental hospital) currently he has been in the mental hospital for almost four years, he had very few stable psychiatrists so every now and then he has some "trial sessions" to see if he can get a psychiatrist, although he doesn't mind

Liu was his brother Little girl: Nina was a serial killer, a "fan" of Jeff, Jeff despises her quite a bit and Nina says she "loves" him, she chases him and looks for him everywhere telling him that they can make a life together, with each contempt and rejection of Jeff Nina becomes twice as obsessed, Jeff can't stand her Jane: She was one of Jeff's neighbors, she was the same age as him, she saw the first time Liu and Jeff were bullied by Randy and his friends and she saw how Jeff beat them up, Jane's father was a policeman and he told her that he didn't want to see her near Jeff but she watched him several times when they left school, looking at his fake smiles. Days after what happened she saw a police car in front of Jeff's house, she thought they were going to take Jeff but instead they took Liu and from the window she could see Jeff crying because they took his brother and from there she could hear how people began to spread poisoned rumors about Liu. She also saw the day Jeff was burned and tried to help him, but before she could do anything she fainted. When she woke up she asked about Jeff and the only thing she received was a thank you from her parents and a promise that when Jeff's bandages were removed they would let her know so she could see him. On the other hand, they began to make fun of Jane at school saying that she was in love with Jeff, but she didn't pay attention. When she found out that Jeff's bandages had been removed and he returned home, she was very happy, but she quickly got over it because when she saw him she fainted from fright. That night Jeff traumatized Jane for life, killed her parents and set her on fire. When Jane woke up in the hospital her face was totally disfigured. After leaving the hospital, Jane set herself the goal of killing Jeff and now every day when the sun sets she goes out to look for him to kill him. Jeff hates talking about Nina and Jane, especially Jane, guilt consumes him
