Caleb is a character from the Perfect WORLD season. He is the Chief Secretary of the Empire, one of the participants of the Shining rebel movement, and also Kate's twin brother.

Appearance

Caleb has very pale skin due to his desk job, although his physical fitness is enviable. He has black bionic enhancements under his brown eyes[1], and his brown hair is pulled back into a bun. He wears the Empire uniform with light purple accents, like Kate and the Chief Secretary's outfit: a long black cloak that reaches almost to his feet with reddish-orange accents, which are also present on his shoes. He also carries a purple katana.

Nature

Caleb spent half of his life not surrounded by his family, but under the watchful eye of Inspector Void, which, as you might guess, greatly affected his life and relationship with his dear sister. Even as a child, he doubted the methods of the Empire when, together with Kate, they tried to unravel its secrets. Caleb's curiosity led to his arrest at the age of 13, which in the future led to his participation in the fight against the government and to voluntary joining "The Shining". He does not know how to work with someone, preferring to either solve problems on his own or demand that they not interfere with him. Due to the position of the chief secretary, he became quite arrogant, harsh and self-confident, does not mince words. Being born a couple of minutes earlier, he considers himself a real older brother with the ensuing consequences. For Caleb, the priority is the protection of his sister, which he never directly says, fearing her objections. He himself can use a variety of methods to achieve his goals, including murder, intimidation and surveillance. Even his joining the rebels is only part of the plan to protect Kate and avenge her. However, he never crosses a certain moral "line" in his decisions, trying to remain human. When he went to Omen City with his sister, he met and fell in love with Camille. Because of the girl, he periodically began to leave for another city, and also to reckon with her opinion. To some extent, the love relationship helped Caleb to distract himself a little from protecting his sister, although he still loves and cares for her. Caleb himself refuses to admit that Camille is his girlfriend, but according to the screenwriter, they "are still dating." [2] He is mostly indifferent to others.

As Kate said, Caleb is a minute and a half older than her. As a child, he competed a lot with Kate to see who was cooler, and he still retains this trait and tries in every way to be better than her. He gives himself purple patches,[1] a habit that Caleb has carried over from his childhood, when Kate used to put them on him.[3] Paints her nails into a soft square shape, but covers them with clear polish to make them look more "masculine."[4] As a child, he was interested in espionage and followed Void before he became an Inspector. Of the animals, he would prefer something that obeys him unconditionally, such as a dog.[5] In one of the episodes, he got himself a pet assistant, Oter, who looks like a dog. He was the first one, after the trio of main characters, to go beyond the dome. Caleb's favorite color is purple, which can be seen from the color of his motorcycle and katana. Loves listening to vinyl and classical music.

Caleb/History

Before the main events: Even in early childhood, Caleb and his twin sister Kate began to compete to see who would unravel the secrets of the Empire faster. As an ordinary schoolboy, Caleb managed to get to the HTI office, but the police still caught him. Inspector Void, who already had a lot of influence at that time, took pity on Caleb (since erasing was an extremely painful procedure for children) and let him go on the condition that he would not tell anyone anything. Caleb, however, could not hold back and told Kate everything. That same evening, he was taken away, and Kate was erased. Void, in turn, stated the opposite and promised Caleb that his sister would not be touched if he agreed to cooperate. He had no choice. At first, Caleb lived right in the central police department, until he turned fifteen and was assigned to some bureaucratic algorithm, and also assigned an entire room. Caleb's career took off. Void took care of everything. Main events: Already the Chief Secretary, Caleb meets a team of heroes in the Tower of Light, who decided that the dome is supported from there. He kills Ray, and knocks out Lololoshka and Kate with a tranquilizer. Using Tori, Caleb begins to spy on Lololoshka, thanks to which he learns about the underground and solves the case of the looting of the Emporium. When he learns that Kate is supposedly dead, he comes to Lololoshka's settlement and says that he is finished. Shortly after this, Kavinsky comes and knocks out Caleb. After a long story from the observer, Caleb wakes up and runs over him. Raya, in turn, invites the group of heroes to follow her to the quantum teleporter. Caleb finds himself under another dome, where he meets his sister with tears in his eyes. Later, the hero joins the "Shining" and even goes beyond the dome in order to visit the abandoned city of Sun City. Caleb plays a vital role in overthrowing the Empire.
