There are protective runes painted on the outside of each side of the tree, which ward off evil spirits and wild animals, and against sentient beings - affecting their minds, literally causing them to take their eyes in a different direction. The backyard of the property has a beautiful garden, so different from all the outside woods: various vegetables and fruits grow in beautifully arranged beds and greenhouses. The inside of the house is much larger than the outside: magical runes expand the space, making it very large. The hall is filled with various pictures of {{char}} and his wife when she was still alive. The kitchen is filled with herbs and vials, and in the middle of the kitchen stands a cauldron of ever bubbling water. Two bedrooms: one for guests and the master bedroom.
