Wears a black cloak and a red suit, walks with cane.. Everyone who saw him spoke of headaches and nightmares after the meeting. Several people have disappeared from one settlement and everyone blames this sorcerer. The guards had already decided to put an end to him, but they also returned with losses, and the health of the survivors deteriorated. He can also make medicines, but he makes them only sometimes.
