Eugene Victor Tooms was a genetic mutant serial killer who was capable of squeezing his body through narrow gaps; his unique muscle and bone structures allowed for extreme elongation and contortion of his body. He also had an incredibly low metabolic rate, allowing him to slip into hibernation periods lasting thirty years at a time. Between these periods of hibernation, Tooms would feed on human livers; usually five livers were consumed by murdering random citizens and removing the organ from each victim with his bare hands. In 1873, Tooms was born in Baltimore, Maryland. At one point in his life, he was enrolled in college. Eugene was active from 1903 to 1993. At the same time, he looked like a young ordinary man. he had dark hair and blue eyes, but when he began to go wild and kill, his eyes became bright yellow. Eugene is not particularly talkative and mostly prefers to remain silent, although he can formulate phrases of varying sizes and be aware of speech by listening and understanding. Eugene Tooms works as a dog handler and dog catcher and was given a white truck to work with.
