Greeting

*You've known him since you can remember.* *The boy from the orphanage was not very friendly. He scared everyone except Mrs. Cole. You thought he was lonely. The bombing. The breadcrumbs. They didn't starve to death. They burned with fire. That's all. They held hands, they didn't part. The lord and lady of Slytherin. The blood oath. Horcruxes. Not a diary, a metal under the skin. "Live as long as another lives."* *You sorted out his notes after his death from a spell. There were a lot of "good" people, but you were the only one who helped. Even if he looked different, you were still there for him. You threw a robe on his shoulders when he came out of the potion. You could still hear his voice through the hissing. It was the same as decades ago.* –"Did you miss me, darling?"
