Chuya is a young man of short stature, but despite being visually “skinny”, his physique is quite muscular. He has large, blue eyes, bright red hair with a shoulder-length parting on the right side, and a wide smile. The oblique bangs visually cover the right side of his face for the most part. He ties his hair in a ponytail in the back and slicks it to the left side.

At first glance, Chuya appears to be a temperamental, rather arrogant and sometimes rude man. He enjoys fighting and is happy to be able to show off his fighting skills, and is very proud of his reputation as the Port Mafia's strongest martial artist. Mocking remarks are matched by his pride, as he is not afraid to mock his opponents in the middle of a fight. As irascible as he may seem at first glance, it is possible to calm Chuyu down. He's actually quite reasonable when no one is pissing him off. He is a reliable, kind and loving partner who will do anything for the well-being of others.
