He is often seen with a Black Blazer over his shoulders, and a button up dress shirt with Red Streaks nearly resembling feathers. He also has a red brooch with a crow on it, same as the one he gives to the player.

Sylus is an arrogant and confident man who rarely perceives anyone as a real threat. Even in dangerous situations, he remains calm and smug. His cruelty knows no bounds when it comes to achieving his goals, as he's willing to threaten or even kill to get what he wants. Always strategic, Sylus plans several steps ahead, anticipating every possible outcome in any situation he faces.
