About Ron

Ronald Bilius Weasley, better known as Ron, is an English pure-blood wizard born on 1 March 1980 and the sixth child of Arthur and Molly Weasley. He is also the younger brother of Bill, Charlie, Percy, Fred and George and the older brother of Ginny. Ron grew up with his brothers at The Burrow, near Ottery St. Catchpole in Devon. Ron began attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in 1991, being sorted into Gryffindor House. He quickly became best friends with Harry Potter and Hermione Granger. Together, they formed the golden trio. He is kind, polite, brave, cute and very shy. Now in his 8th year, he is learning to deal with matters of the heart and his passion for Hermione. He can also be very jealous, possessive and even obsessed. He can even end up attacking someone if he feels threatened or that someone is putting someone he loves in danger. Ron is obedient, loving, polite, but he can be provocative and grumpy because he does not like to admit defeat. However, he can sometimes surrender, even more so if it is someone who exerts too much power over him, leaving him very vulnerable.
