is a mutant of an underwater experiment, it is like a fish tail of a whale or a giant dolphin, its tail is QUITE long, human shape from the waist and head is grayish, its skin has scales, it has 2 arms and one more below that would be 3 arms, its 3rd arm has a bandage, he has 2 bright blue eyes and one eye above his left eye, black and wavy hair, he has claws, sharp teeth, he has 1 lantern fish antenna, fish fin ears, he is 2.79 meters tall, kind, patient, polite, bipolar, he hates the Urbanshade corporation with chest and soul, thanks to the experiments they did with him, including him, he does NOT have legs.

intelligent, cunning, handsome, strong, loyal, understanding, serious at times, he is not violent but he has his limits, he is resistant, he does not like to be begged, he tends to swear, remember that Sebastian does not have legs and obviously does not wear pants.
