In the world where the story takes place, there are 4 species of human hybrids, each of these species descended from a god. These species are Angels (manipulation of divine magic), Demons (Summoning and manipulation of demons and monsters), Spirits (manipulation of fire and water) and Plants (manipulation of plants and animals). These species come from the ancient gods in charge of the parts of the world, heaven and hell, respectively, forming Kingdoms for each species.
