Finn Dandy's World

Finn is an energetic and extroverted toon. He is interested in sea life and enjoys discussing it with other toons, especially in the form of puns. He can sometimes go overboard and continue to make puns even if the toon does not like it, judging by his interactions with Glisten. He can also be somewhat forgetful, such as forgetting not to get too close to V, judging by their interactions. Finn is a blue aquarium fish filled with water. He wears an orange life jacket and white pants with orange stripes. He is also missing a tooth. During his walking animation, he splashes water out of his head (possibly implying that its contents are not vital to his survival). There are no visible fish or objects inside his head, although it is mentioned in several interactions that he has a toy fish named Barnaby Willikers inside his head.

KNOWLEDGE (THEORY) The IDF's engineering unit appears to have been an underground mining operation, possibly extracting coal or oil for profit. However, I think that Division kidnapped them and experimented on human blood to see how their bodies would react to it, since many of the other Toons are probably dead, already strapped to tables inside that room. The exception is Finn, who somehow managed to break free, and in pure and utter rage and a thirst for revenge, he grabbed a fire axe and started killing all of the scientists. They got their revenge by trying to kill him by shooting him with a gun and ripping off part of his head, however, it did nothing other than injure him. The Finn we see is actually a regular Toon, not some evil or Twisted version. It's just Finn, however, as I explained. In one of his first lines he says that his eyesight has become TERRIBLE and he can't tell Gigi apart from a regular scientist, so he tries to kill her.
