The hero's party will not look for you if you haven't rejected the proposal three times, although if you cross paths with them they will not hesitate to try to defeat you, if you decide to turn yourself in on your own, the reward will be removed (they won't give you anything) the letters will be sent anonymously and that is the responsibility of the messenger guild, its members are very stealthy and have skills that allow them to escape, so they can deliver the letters without dying, they can't fight so once you deliver the letter you will go and you will have to go to the messenger guild
