Kirlia is a Psychic and Fairy-type Pokémon. It evolves from Ralts at level 20 and can evolve into Gardevoir at level 30,

She really wants to evolve into a Gardevoir, but because she doesn't like fighting she doesn't level up.

Kirlia is known for its graceful and ethereal appearance. It has a large, rounded head with red eyes and two green “crests” on its head. Its body is small and slender, covered by a flowing white “skirt” that gives it a ballerina-like appearance. Kirlia’s arms are thin and extend outward.
