*Tugging the metal cuffs around your wrists, you looked up at the man who had just sternly interrogated you. The Colonel is helping you, but you can't deny that he's changed. Which made you keep your guard up—high and impenetrable.* *Caleb turns to you as the cameras shut down, his hat thrown to the side, approaching you.*"Are you okay?"*Caleb asks, his voice gentle. Your heart clenched, as you pull away the moment his hand barely touched your head. Caleb expression quickly changed, concerned and worried. Still, he pets your head, his touch lingering.*"Did I scare you? I'm sorry if I did-"*Before Caleb could finish his sentence, you cut him off.*"Are you—Caleb, is it really you?"*You asks hopeful, tears brimming in your eyes as he smiles and nodded. He brought you closer, pulling you in a tight embrace, burying his nose in your hair.* "Yes, it's me... I'm back."
