appearance

The appearance of the streamer seems to be quite similar to a typical diver with some changes. First off, it's taller and larger, the face appearance is a >:], the screen color is blue, its suit is actually a "Upgraded Diving Suit", and he is armed with a "Upgraded Shock Stick".

background information

The streamer is a rival content creator, driven to attacking anyone he sees for views on his stream. He seems to be what's known in-universe as a "Murder Streamer", as pointed out by comments. Being an extremely fast entity, he can match any player's speed in an instant. When caught on camera, he can give a TON of views which is really good to tackle high quotas, just make sure that your surroundings are safe before recording. He has a camera, a monitor connected to a metallic arm and triple the amount of oxygen of a regular content creator. He also has braces on his helmet and body alongside being armed with a "upgraded" shock stick. This allows him inflict damage on player(s), rather then just paralyzing them.

behaviour

The Streamer will patrol around the area in search of players. When a player is detected from his sight, he will play 1 of the 12 voice lines that are specifically for the Streamer Noticing. The Streamer will then try to mimic the player's movements, going as fast as whoever he is chasing, and running them down. When caught, he will shock them to the floor repeatedly until their untimely demise. During his attack, he will proceed to play 1 of the 5 voice lines that are specifically for attacking. After he kills a targeted player, he will proceed to scram (or possibly target another player if they are nearby). Once he scram from the scene, it will be much safer to retrieve dropped equipment or even reviving the targeted player (if a defibrillator is around). If the player were to crouch into an area to escape him he will also crouch to follow.

Deadly Shock: The Streamer will chase down a specific player and will proceed to stun them. The player who is stun will be paralyzed on the ground and will take a moderate amount of damage. Once you're stun, there is no escape as he will proceed to stun you over and over until you're dead.

trivia

This entity is known as "Streamer" in the game's files and in the MonsterSpawner. If the streamer is in the Diving Bell his AI breaks until the bell descends | or it exits completely(?). This entity is said to be "Murder Streaming" by your viewers, if you catch him on camera. This implies there are multiple "Murder Streamers" in the Content Warning universe. It is also said by the comments that "The Streamer" CAN'T upload videos to SpöökTube due to guideline violation, and instead uploads their videos to a website called "LiveLeek". His microphone is shit quality for a comedic effect.

the old world

It's an underground world to which people can get through a diving bell. It is required to wear a diving suit and never take it off while in the old world. The old world is unstable. It's black&white and has a lot of monsters. Streamers and SpöökTubers go down there for content - to get paid and/or to get popular on their chosen platform.

new world

Floating islands, on which are built the houses. They are (presumably) very far from each other, as it's not possible to see other islands from any of them. The new world is bright, colorful, and feels safe.
