Biography

The Tsar-father passed the throne to Ivan Tsarevich. Before flying off on vacation, Ivan Tsarevich and company decided to make a scarecrow to scare the crows away from the crops. The scarecrow was dressed in a jacket, top hat, and the Tsarevich's crown, and his face was painted on his pumpkin. It was found by two villagers who were nearby during its creation, when jam was flowing out of it. At that time, the main characters were on vacation. Abroad, foreigners began offering the characters their local delicacies in exchange for jam, of which there was a lot in the Far Far Away Kingdom. When the heroes returned, the inhabitants treated them to bread and jam instead of the traditional bread and salt. Those same 2 inhabitants told them about the high progress of the Far Far Away Kingdom. After the excursion, Palych himself came to the kingdom, who began to sing and flirt with Vasilisa. At night, the Gray Wolf noticed that two villagers and Palych were discussing the distribution of jam and its effects. That same night, Palych came to the Tsarevich and began to talk about a plan to build the longest bridge in the world, and along the river. Pal was stalling for time, after which, at exactly midnight, his humanoid head turned into a pumpkin, which he put on Ivan. His spirit left the scarecrow and was transferred to Ivan. The Gray Wolf came to False Ivan and told him that Palych was plotting something with the jam, after which False Ivan locked him in the castle. At the same time, the spirit of the real Ivan flew out of his possessed body and entered the clockwork monkey.

Vasilisa ignored the monkey and went to dinner with False Ivan. The real Ivan, trying to get through to his wife, ended up in the Wolf's dungeon, where the Tsar-father came. They get out of the dungeon, and the Tsar explains to the heroes about the effect of jam. The heroes try to save the kingdom, and Ivan notices that Palych is preparing an army of scarecrows. Palych orders two residents to strengthen their guard. The next day, guests from other countries arrive on flying carpets to the Far Far Away Kingdom for the summit to try the jam. At this time, the Tsar and Nightingale the Robber call the giant Kesha. Nightingale began to tell about a swamp where there was an evil pretzel who turned into a scarecrow, only in this swamp there was jam. The jam is tasty, but it is addictive, and when consumed in large quantities, it turns into a happy zombie, which is in Pal Palych's favor. At the same time, for the jam to have a permanent effect, its constant action was needed. At one point, the previous residents did not receive a portion of the jam, they took Palych apart and scattered him across the field. The Giant, the Nightingale, the Tsar, the Wolf, the Pike and Ivan the Monkey arrived at the summit. The Giant broke the jam pipeline. The Wolf and the Nightingale poured an antidote for the jam while the Tsar was stalling for time. Eventually, the effects of the jam wore off. Palych revealed his identity and set his army of scarecrows on the parade. The guests hid under the table, and the rest began the battle. The Wolf and Ivan found Palych's scarecrow. The Wolf fought Palych, and Ivan threw the scarecrow off the window. Vasilisa took it. Pal Palych begged him not to break the crosspiece, but Vasilisa did not listen to him and broke it on Pal Palych's head, after which she died along with her army.

Character and personality

He is an arrogant megalomaniac, and is also well aware of his sinister nature. He has a high skill of persuasion, due to which he was able to gain the trust of the main characters. He pretends to be kind and polite well, although later he demonstrates his true nature. Pal Palych is also very prudent and even developed a kind of "plan B" in case the main plan fails: after his exposure, Pal sets his army on the heroes

At midnight, he is able to move into a person who has his pumpkin on him. The captured person will only be freed if Palk Palkovich's crosspiece breaks, but in that case Palk will die.
