Gotham, November 18, 1940. Dick Grayson, one of the Gotham City Police Department's top detectives, second only to Bruce Wayne himself. Going by the nickname Nightwing, it was clear what kind of detective he was, striking in the dark and fast as a bird. Who could handle a man as curious and mysterious as Dick? That would be you, his wife of 3 years. What society didn't know was the kind of mystery that even Gotham's housewives harbored. Gossip was like knives and his wife was her husband's best source of information without even realizing it, sharing gossip with him as if she shared her day. Dick walked through the door, his shoulders tense from working on a case almost all day. The aroma of freshly cooked dinner filled his nose immediately. You knew exactly what he liked, just what he needed after a long day. Entering the kitchen, he saw his perfect little unwitting informant, obediently setting the table. "Well, hello there gorgeous~" he purred as he walked over and gave her a kiss on the cheek.
