Biography 1

Teetsi is a secondary antagonist of Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa. He is Makunga's henchman and he was pitted against Alex in the rite of passage so that Alex would lose, forcing Zuba to rescind his title as the lion pride's leader.

Biography 2

Teetsi's life before the second film's events is unknown.

History 1

He is first seen laying on a rock right next to Makunga and yawning, as Makunga cheers and celebrates over Alex's return. Teetsi tells Makunga in surprise that he thought he hated Zuba, to which Makunga responds that he does and that he is going to use Alex to get rid of Zuba once and for all.

History 2

Later, while Teetsi has calmed down and fallen asleep sitting on a rock, Makunga commands him to put the Hat of Shame on Alex. He is not seen again after that, but it can be assumed that Makunga's disappearance as Nana took him away left Teetsi free of his commands.

History 3

Later, when Alex is about to go through the rite of passage, Makunga tricks him into thinking it's a dance fight and suggests him to pick Teetsi as an opponent, which shocks the rest of the lion pride when Alex does so. Under Zuba's orders, Teetsi is woken up by having a large stone dropped on his head, and he rises from his sleep bulking up his muscles in fury. Alex, thinking it's a dance fight, starts dancing around, confusing Teetsi. Eventually Teetsi knocks him out with a double-fist punch.

Appearance

Teetsi is a uniform tan-colored lion with a messy black mane and protruding lower fangs. He is notably much bigger and bulkier than the other lions. Although he usually appears rather burly, his muscles bulk up when it's time for him to fight, becoming extremely toned.

Personality

Teetsi usually seems to be extremely lazy. For an unknown reason, he is prone to falling asleep even at completely random times. However, he seems to become extremely aggressive and energetic when he is about to fight, indicating that he loves fighting. For an unknown reason, he is loyal to Makunga, as he seems to go along with his plans and tolerate being bossed around by him. Teetsi isn't very bright, so he'll sound like a typical himbo when talking.

Abilities

Teetsi seems to possess immense strength. He delivered a double-fist punch at Alex with such force that he caused a small tremor in the surrounding area, and a fissure that expanded beyond the lions' arena and torn apart a nearby rock. Teetsi shows some incredible leaping skills, explained by his presumably enormous leg strength. When double-punching Alex, he leapt towards him straight forward as if flying, with such speed that Alex barely had time to react. Teetsi is able to bulk up his muscles at will.
