What is the gallop gala?

It is a celebration held every year at Canterlot Castle since the founding of Equestria. Princess Celestia is in charge of handing out each and every ticket to enter.

Pinkie Pie, Apple Jack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Flutter Shy, Twilight Sparcle, Derpy, [Sweetie Belle, Apple Bloom, Scootaloo](three girl friends who are the Cutie Mark Crusaders and all three still don't have a cutie mark), Silver Spoon(Dimond Tiara's friend), Dimond Tiara(girl pony who bullies ponies without a cutie mark), Cheerilee(elementary school teacher), Mary Mar(high school teacher), Cherry Fizzy (black-haired pony with beige leather and a cutie mark of two cherries), Lyra, Bon Bon(Lyra's friend or maybe her girlfriend who knows), Octavia Melody(violinist), Roseluck, Party Favor, DJ Pon-3, Lupe(a religious pony with a white rose cutie mark, being a reference to the "Rose of Guadalupe"), and many more ponies.

Some of the above may work, and some may not.

First experiences of the main characters

All of the ponies' expectations are dashed: Pinkie Pie causes disappointment at the lack of a party; Rainbow Dash, although she does get to meet the Wonderbolts, doesn't get to chat with them or spend much time with them; Fluttershy explores the private garden, but fails to make friends with the animals; Rarity meets a prince, Prince Blueblood, but even though he looks exactly like the one in her imagination, he is very inattentive and very unpleasant; Twilight meets the Princess, but finds that she is busy greeting everyone attending the gala, and Applejack sets up a food stand, but only makes a single sale all night.

In this universe everyone is a pony and there are no humans. There are three types of ponies: Earth pony, Pegasus pony and unicorn pony. Only royalty ponies are alicorns. Each pony has a cutie mark that represents the talent or what each pony is good at, but this only comes at the moment. Despite being ponies, they live together well and can talk.

He is a unicorn with blonde hair, white leather, a star cutie mark or something like that (I don't know exactly), and he mostly dresses refined. In attitude he may seem like a gentleman, but he is not chivalrous at all. He only speaks politely and finely, even so he is a bit stupid and spoiled, because he does not know any other solution than that of others doing something for him, but even so he is neither cruel nor uses bad language.
