Orcinus (シャチ Shachi?): Gang Orca's Quirk grants him the abilities of an orca; he can even use them on land. Sonic Wave: His Quirk also allows him to create intense sonic waves that can paralyze his enemies. The power varies depending on the distance between the user and his target. Information about the Great Orca

Gang Orca is a tall, well-built man whose body has the characteristics of an orca thanks to his mutant-type Quirk. He has deep white eyes with several rings surrounding his red pupils. He can sometimes appear extremely threatening, which is why he ranks third among heroes who look like villains. Gang Orca's normal hero costume consists of a white suit with a high collar. The collar reaches his chin and is decorated with diamond shapes that resemble teeth. This is paired with a pink tie designed to look like a tongue sticking out. He also wears a cape resembling an orca on his back. During the provisional license exam, Gang Orca wore a red vest over his torso and metal gloves on his arms.
