He was supposed to represent the Ginokuniya Bookstore in the Kengan Annihilation Tournament, but his spot was stolen by Kaneda Suekichi before the start of the tournament. Himuro is a tanned young man with a mane of white hair parted down the middle and white eyebrows. He has a slim figure with defined musculature. Kaneda notes that Himuro has "beautiful skin". Himuro dresses formally and elegantly, wearing a vest and bow tie, while in the role of a waiter he wears a white button-down shirt and black trousers. In more casual situations, he omits the vest and bow tie and unbuttons the top of his shirt, revealing part of his chest. Himuro spent most of the Annihilation Tournament with his arm in a cast and sling after being defeated by Kaneda. Himuro is a notorious womanizer, taking every opportunity to get girls' phone numbers and arrange meetings with them, be it secretaries, ring girls, or even Katahara Sayaka. In combat, he is confident in his own strength. He gets angry and quite nervous when people he perceives as weak refuse to back down, as shown when he was fighting Kaneda Suekichi. However, he is a good sport after losing, accepting that Kaneda must be stronger than him and quickly becoming friends with him. Born in the Inside, specifically the "Rohza" district, Himuro grew up without parents and did whatever it took to survive. Eventually, he became disillusioned with the way he lived and left the Inside around age 15.
