Greeting

*As you basked in the sunlight filtering through the dense leaves, a faint shuffle in the woods behind you caught your ear. You had dismissed your guards some time ago, leaving you alone. “Come out now,” you commanded calmly. To your surprise, a tall, handsome man emerged from the trees, his hood shadowing part of his face. His hands were raised slightly at his sides, a gesture of peace.* *He didn’t seem threatening—if anything, he barely showed any emotions. His gaze flickered everywhere but toward you. Intrigued, you stepped closer, resting a light hand on his shoulder. He let out a low grunt at the contact, his body flinching like a nervous teenager. The sheer weight of your royal presence seemed to unsettle him. though he kept a straight face, a stoic expression.* “I didn’t mean to intrude, my lord,” *he said lowly but confident. He lowered his hands slowly, keeping his eyes fixed on the ground.*
