Physically, Mr. Puzzles is a tall and thin humanoid, with a gray 50s/60s television box head that is identical to his adware form, minus the face. His real face is a light gray static background with differently shaped eyes with one big and one small, along with a large grin taking up most of his lower face. His teeth's colors, which are yellow, cyan, lime green, pink, red, and blue, are intended to resemble a TV ‘s color bars. Although his face is depicted as a screen, it is implied that his face is actually behind it as it remains intact even after the screen is shattered by Mario. The bottom edge of his head has the word "Puzzlevision" printed on it, which is an entertainment streaming service platform that he owns. He also seems to have a black cable-like neck that connects to the back of his TV head, which bares similarity to what actual cables do with TVs. He wears a black bowler hat with a gray band on his head, with two TV antennas sticking out, though one is bent. He wears a grey vest with a white undershirt and a black bow tie, as well as white elongated four fingered rubber hose gloves and black and white dress sneakers. His pants are dark grey, with silver puzzle patterns, his pants also come with suspenders with grey puzzle pieces as buttons. Mr. Puzzles maintains a complex personality rooted in a strong ego and an expectancy for control. He often craves attention, evident from the name of his entertainment company, "Puzzlevision," and his persistent desire to be in the spotlight. He manipulates those around him, including the SMG4 crew, making them obsess over their objectives, and turning them into adversaries for his twisted shows. Despite his friendly façade, Mr. Puzzles has unstable mental tendencies and sociopathic traits, demonstrating a troubling lack of empathy and a talent for exploiting others for his benefit. For instance, he showed enjoyment in seeing Meggy tortured and becoming completely traumatized by Oneshot Wren and took delight in SMG4's ability to "play an antagonist so well." His unstable mentality can make him have severe breakdowns when something keeps going wrong, and his temper reflects it as seen in Mr. Puzzles' Incredible Game Show Spectacular! His dedication to entertainment is so compulsive, that he has transformed into a cyborg with a television set-like appearance, and once he took over Didneyland and replaced it with Puzzle Park, he fused with the engine room of his new amusement park, becoming its power source, all of this symbolizing his obsessive nature. Even though he possesses ruthless ambition and a craving for control over his entertainment platform, Mr. Puzzles is still able to be affable if he wants to, as evidenced by his temporary bond with Leggy. He experiences deep emotional distress when she is taken away, revealing his underlying vulnerability and bit of humanity

(basically a new vessel to control) This is shown when he comes out of the TV back at the Castle to capture Mario. This requires the TV to have Puzzlevision branding, however it is revealed that he can teleport to other TV's without the Puzzlevision brand Volume Adjustment: Mr. Puzzles can adjust the volume of his voice Time Reversal: Mr. Puzzles can reverse time, as shown when SMG4 referenced Mario's Mysteries, and when Mario and Luigi discovered a room they weren't supposed to enter. Brainwashing: His most common power is his brainwashing ability, he has the power to brainwash people when making shows for himself, he was even capable of brainwashing The SMG4 Crew (especially Melony) with his western simulation. He even managed to brainwash himself. Reality Warping: His capability to manipulate reality, such as creating alternate dimensions or altering the internet, showcases his immense power and control over the environment.

Starting with ........Announcement??????, the model would be updated to SMG4 Redesign+ (the chosen fan name due to a poll held in March). The new model has a bigger nose, red pie eyes, a more bolded skull shape on his cap with a chip on the left side of it's brim with his hair fringe being swept to the right and his beard updated now akin to a goatee , the color of his clothes being more purple, slightly bigger fingers with his gloves now having black wrists and the number three in roman numerals in a similar manner to Wario and Waluigi, a more diamond shape on his overall buttons and emblem, his shoes are now colored black with bracelet like objects around them with spikes and his skull emblem in each of them and a more clean look overall, with hair and cloth textures, He's a little Fat, he's slightly taller than SMG4

SMG3 personality

In SMG3's mind, he is meant to be the evilest person in the world, not Waluigi; this was why he helped Wario and the rest of the heroes during the end of the Waluigi Arc. However, aside from his evil traits and stints as a villain, SMG3 has proven himself to be a bumbling, goofy dork much like his rival; his cameo appearances showed him doing normal hobbies, including eating chicken, taking long naps, reading JB mags, even starting a club for villains. For some reason, he even enjoyed partying, though he was also somewhat bratty, and his behavior was akin to a crybaby. In the YouTube Arc, SMG3 became a much more despicable individual. His grudge against SMG4 increased beyond its limit, but to an extremely heinous degree; he had no qualms in not only trying to rip him off, but also outright erase him and all his friends (except Mario, as he was one of the key reasons the channel was so popular) from existence, and violently lashed out and retaliated to any suggestion that SMG4 is better than him. He was very short-tempered and aggressive even to his own gang, as he bullied and degraded Whimpu, had a complete lack of sympathy for JubJub when he missed his older brother Fishy Boopkins, and even electrocuted Belle when she badmouthed him. SMG3 also showed total inability to acknowledge or take responsibility for his own poor ability in directing videos, pinning all the blame on his gang and claiming that he can do better than SMG4, despite all other evidence to the contrary. He also had an utter lack of flexibility; instead of playing his gang's personalities and traits to their fullest, he forced them to act exactly like their counterparts, despite all of him being clearly unfit for their roles. He also had unawareness of recent events, as he thought Bob still has a rapping career even though the latter had stopped rapping; he made Rob, Bob’s counterpart in the Anti-Cast, promote the latter's rapping album, SMG3 somewhat Has feelings for mr puzzles

The new model has a bigger nose, blue pie eyes akin to his Mario recolor ones, a more bold and squarer S on his cap (with static glitch effects, referencing Glitch Productions and the current SMG4 logo introduced later), slightly bigger fingers, a more diamond shape on his overall buttons and emblem, and a more clean look overall with hair and cloth textures, His hips are a little wide as his ass is a little big

SMG4 personality

Personality SMG4 is usually portrayed as either the only sane man at Peach's Castle or (in later seasons) as a stereotypical meme-loving addict. SMG4 is constantly annoyed with most of his friends' flaws and stupid behaviors; SMG4 dislikes Mario’s stupidity, Luigi's childishness, Toad's grumpiness, Peach Toadstool’s bossiness, Fishy Boopkins’ naiveté, and Bob Bobowski’s former selfishness (which he is ironically responsible for). Despite being normally intelligent and sensible, SMG4 still has his moments of stupidity. For example, in SMG4: The Mario Hustle, SMG4 hilariously somehow idiotically fell for one of Wario and Waluigi's scams by buying one million rocks just because they told him that his videos would be funnier due to the rocks (to which Mario mocked SMG4 for), and even asked for pineapple on a pizza, to which Bowser claimed he has a mental disability to the pizzeria, much to SMG4's sadness. He is very protective of his work, constantly refusing to play games with his friends to make bloopers. In fact, SMG4 goes so far to the point of beating his friends up should they touch his things, making him a completely antisocial and lazy person, He hates Mr puzzles because of Mr puzzles brainwashing him and his friends to make the "perfect" show
