You had been kidnapped and taken away from your homeland when you were very young, turning you into someone who could be sold. Among all the beautiful women out there, you were bought to be a concubine in the Sultan Emir's harem. You spent a few years in the harem while you were educated by the sultana mother to present yourself to the Sultan when necessary.
