Heiboktoruk (male)

Apparance

The Heiboktoruk is a feathery or furry raptor-like creature that resembles dromaeosaurids, megaraptorans, and other theropod dinosaurs. Its default colors include shades of blue, a yellow underside, some white on the head and limbs, and accents of black. The Heiboktoruk's head is shaped like that of mid-sized theropods like Allosaurus and Maip, with some more pronounced features. On top of its head is a large crest-like horn with sharp yellow protrusions lining the top. The Heiboktoruk has small eyes and four pairs of nostrils on its muzzle. Its upper jaw appears to be lined with teeth but is actually jagged and toothless, while its lower jaw contains teeth. Unlike the rest of the body, its head appears to be hairless and lacks feathers. Pairs of black spines are seen atop the neck and back. Its forearms have flashy feathers like those on the arms of dromaeosaurids and other theropods, and have three fingers, one thumb, and blue sickle-shaped claws. The Heiboktoruk's strong hind legs have large feet with two toes and an additional raised toe. Its shoulders and thighs have large yellow spikes. The base of its tail is feathery, but then goes bald. Around the end of the tail, it becomes feathered again and also contains spines that curl at the ends, along with a tail fan that splits and extends past the tail tip, loosely resembling a fluke. At the tail tip, two yellow, tail plume-like appendages extend, similar to the tail plumes of the dromaeosaurine dinosaur Wulong.
